I just started having sex and had it only few times , but I didn't feel like screaming ( like girls in p*rn do), just moan and scream a little when orgasm ( but it wasn't loud and really a little only). Not every girl does that. Some girls just naturally make more noise than others, and often the girls in p*rn exaggerate a LOT for the camera. Many of them probably would be making the noises you make naturally, but know that louder moans and screams are what the director wants.
