gay clubs may be what you're looking for. lots of guys grinding up against each other and kissing. however, I think you should find someone and get tested together and have a mature sexual relationship. if you find that unrealistic then at least use condoms.
if you look good and you're not sending out negative vibes, you'll be approached. hell even if you're not good looking, you may get approached. different gays like different things.

I really appreciate your encouragement but have not had a chance to try too much. Still nervous but your so right, the summer is the best time for first times! Guys are pretty forward in gay bars, especially if you make a lot of eye contact. But be careful -- the bar scene isn't a sure-fire safety net, either. Use protection and get to know the guy before going somewhere private with him. Gay guys who kill guys for money or rape and abuse them for thrills isn't unheard of, though it's not as common as straight guys killing women. But it DOES happen.
I was about to say Gay Bar, but I see that's already been said. If you go alone you will most likely be approached.
