OK so I checked Google and came to the conclusion that 50 k.g. is 110 lbs. I had to inform myself a little! A girl this size is rather small considering she's 5'6" and so I'd advise you to get a smaller size. A definite way to know for sure is to check the tag on her panties one day (provided this would be appropriate given you guys' situation). Also, you could find out her pants size and come back to us.
It'd be pretty easy for a girl to translate pants size into panty size, so just let us know. Keep in mind pants sizes are 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, etc. and panty sizes are different. As a general rule of thumb I'd say that size 11 and 13 would fit into a size 7 panty, 9 and 7 into a size 6, 5 and 3 into a size 5, and 1 and 0 into a size 4. I believe there would be some overlapping depending on her proportions, and I guess this info will only help if you do indeed find out her pants size.
That's pretty little if I am correct. I'd say get her a small. Or just sneak a peak at her pant size somehow. But I think small will work.

Yep, I can suggest something. I have done it several times because I had the same problem. Spend a few minutes in the right department, spot a girl with about the same size butt, introduce yourself and explain your dilemma and ask if she will help you. I have done this 2 times and both girls were happy to help me after I explained the situation. The first girl even got kind of explicit for my needs. She told me stuff like don't buy these, they can cause this and always buy cotton crotch because the ***** needs air and it is more absorbent.
Next time you guys go at it, sneak a peak of the sizing on her undergarments.

There's not dimensions on female undergarments, or clothing for that matter, like there is on men's. There is a small tag, though. If it's a thong, the tag is in the front. Anything else, usually the back and sometimes side.
