Early in our marriage, I used to love doing that to my wife's breasts, and she enjoyed the attention tremendously. However, after she had our first child, she changed. Not sure if it was hormonal or psychological changes that altered her preferences to breast play, but it certainly put a damper on foreplay and our sex since she can't stand to have her nipples played with.
