Do you care if a girl shaves...Down there?

Okay, I know there are tons of questions like this out there, I'm sorry, but I still want to ask and really understand.Does it really matter to a guy if a girl shaves/waxes down there? I'm asking because I actually tried a few times shaving on the sides, and it itches so badly afterward. So, I haven't shaved since, and I do feel more comfortable and like it better when I don't shave. But are there any guys who would actually be really turned off by seeing a girl who doesn't shave?I also am joining the military, and I won't have time to shave down there often...Will a guy be turned off if he sees hair down there? Should it even be an issue for him...I mean, it's my body at the end of the day, right?I'm sorry, I just feel so self conscious about this and worry about this a lot...Please help me out!Thanks!

At the end of the day it IS your body, period. But make no mistake that the military will own your ass since you'll be giving it to them. That said, the military doesn't have stds about pubic groomin, so you can do, or not do, what you want down there.

The current fashion is mostly or completely shaven or waxed. When my early 20s son and his friends and I have talked about such things they recoil in horror at my preference for natural hair down there. They like the hairless look, which to me looks unwomanly and prepubescent.

So you might indeed encounter men who would be turned off by your having pubic hair. I kinda doubt, though, that a hyped up young male would pass up the chance to get laid solely because of that!

Because pubic hair traps and concentrates your female aroma, some guys probably would not give you oral sex if they're so prissy they don't like how a real woman smells.

You WILL find partners who are wildly turned on by the natural look, smell, and feel, so I would personally encourage you to keep it. But, of course, I'm an old hippy, so what else would I recommend! lol

If he can see it, he is already too "in the zone" to retreat, so it wouldn't matter much either way.

Pubic hair, or the lack of it, can't me more important than a small turn-off or turn-on, depending on the guy's preferences. Some guys like abundance of pubic hair, some guys don't.

It could only pose a little problem if he attempted oral sex on you, and there are guys who are OK with that too.

But at the end of the day, it is your body. The guy will see it for half an hour, may be an hour (depending on his performance). You will see it for the remaining twenty three. So if you decide to shave it, or to just keep it, decide for yourself.

P.S: The after-shave itching gradually goes away, after the first few times.

You get used to it afterward. I shave everything, and at first it itched like crazy, and now I guess my skin doesn't take it so harshly when it grows back (I actually think I shaved so much that my hair went into remission and it now grows in patches instead of fully) But it takes a little bit for your skin to get used to.

I have to be honest: a lot of guys are going to hesitate to give you oral if you have a full bush, because it gets in the way and in your mouth and it's very distracting. Most guys don't mind so much for just intercourse, though.

If you want oral, and don't want to shave, it can make a big difference if you help out and reach your hands down and spread yourself open for him, pulling the hair out of the way and leaving the inner lips and clit bare. It's not quite as good as shaving, but it goes a long way towards making it do-able.

I actually prefer it shaved clean! You want to let it regrow? For normal sex it doesn't matter that much, but don't think anybody then might be willing to go down on you.

most guys prefer shaved but I shave anyway I think I am even more bothered by seeing hair down there than a guy might be, if there is more than a few days of stubble I have to clean it!
