Those descriptions don't amount to much. If you wanted actual and accurate answers then you would have provided a picture. You gave your breast size but we have no idea what the rest of your body looks like.
But to me, attractiveness is all about proportion. If your body is proportionate and you have a pretty face then I doubt guys would care that you have small boobs. And there are some guys who do prefer smaller breasts (although they are in the minority, they do exist).
I'm skinny (5'5" and 115 pounds) and I have never had any problems with guys. But again, you didn't give your weight, height, or photo so we have no idea what you look like. But I'm sure you look fine. Don't worry about it, there's nothing wrong with having small boobs.
