Yes indeed it does! I swim three to four times a week around 700 m besides yoga routines three times a week. I have a fat percentage of circa 15%. Why is this important... well your lymphatic system is not constrained, and the nodes can easily transport hormones all around your body! And when you workout your muscles demand oxygen and nutrients like amino acids and protein chains for the mitochondria in your cells to process energy, and in order to grow, your muscles that is, require hormones and as you already guessed it... testosterone is one of those... So when you are done... your body is flooded with a ton of hormones and chemicals like dopamine, thus the high and the horny! Afterwards, if you "release" you become more calmed... though sometimes it carries throughout the day. LOL

I don't think so but then again it has been quite a while since I've worked out. I exercise and it improves my mood but I haven't had a serious workout in ages! Hmm...guess I'll find out
