Thinking about other women. The vast majority of girls on occasion think about other men (though not seriously). That's not a sign of not being happy in a relationship.
Talking to women online? I'll assume that you mean things like singles chat rooms cause platonic conversations do occasionally happen between men and women. I don't really see that as being cheating. Though it is usually being a lying bastard that I don't see as ok.
Cyber sex is cheating, and I think most guys agree with that.
Having sex with other women is also cheating and I don't know of any guys that don't agree with that.
Commenting about other women. That one is a case by case basis. Some girls are OK with it. Some girls comment about other guys. Some girls even comment about other girls. But some aren't comfortable with that so in those cases I see it as being generally disrespectful.
But in general your comment sounds more like an attack on men. You are aware that not only do women do all those things as well, stats show they're nearly equally likely to cheat.
Testosterone, evolution... Guys are going to be horny and you have to accept it. Doesn't mean that it's OK to cheat on people, girls do this as well >.>
Its not just some guys, some women are also very horny/have high libido.

IMO as a horny dude.
I wouldn't engage in any other type of infidelity if my girlfriend was taking care of my horniness. When a guy stops getting it as much as he needs it he starts looking elsewhere.

What does that mean?
if women were equally as horny as men the world would be a swampland of sperm, saliva, fecal matter, and vaginal secretions, in which we would all be together vigorously f***ing right now. Women have a different way of being horny than men. I don't understand it, myself, but it's the only explanation for the shortage of promiscuous women in the world.
