As an 18-year-old virgin, I haven't really experienced much sexually. I've only had one boyfriend before, and he was almost scared to touch me. The guy I'm dating now, however, is much more confident, and at the moment, our relationship has escalated to sexual, but not...sex. I've told him I'm not quite ready for that, because our relationship is still so new, but I'm up for experimentation. So lately, he takes his time really finding ways to please me, and twice now he's said something like, "I love giving you pleasure" or something to that effect. I want to return the favor in what little ways I can, but he always shakes his head and says, "You don't have to" or "I want you to be ready". So, I'm just wondering, do guys really enjoy pleasuring their girlfriends/partners? Why?

Sadly, many guys either don't care about a girl's pleasure, or simply have NO CLUE how to make that happen, or just assume that whatever the guy likes, the girl will like just as much. Those guys are out there, and though it's mind-boggling to me, many women put up with it.

Men ADORE pleasuring women when they know they could have more and are generally less interested in doing so when they know or feel she would not pleasure him back. In your case the fact you are a virgin is enticing enough to be 'your first' then to 'get served'..mentally speaking. Men do want to make their women happy (or at least they should). A big part of the relationship has to do with the sexual stuff and there are a lot more hormones riding on your happiness in bed (both yours and ours).
