Do you think a nose job is worth it?

Question

If someone has a big schnoz, be it wide or long(big tip), do you think it's worth it?

I told my mom last night that I wanted to get a nose job and she was like "you barely have a nose and can hardly stick your finger up your nose" and I told her that I didn't care about her opinion and it's for me and only me.

It's definitely something I want to get done and I have no problem waiting a few years for it to set in and then making a decision. But for now, I'd be 100% satisfied if I could get rhinoplasty. I would prefer to get an areola and nipple reduction first, then the rhinoplasty...since the areola/nipple reductions are cheaper and a bit more discreet.

I've heard nose jobs are the worst recovery and pain wise.

I don't want a "white" nose, I just want the bone cracked so it can be a bit more symmetrical.

How about Spoiled & Condescending?   LOL...I have never see a side profile of you..have no idea what your nose looks like...other than it looks fine from the front...I think you already know that I do not necessarily disaprrove of nose jobs...but what usually comes to mind is large hooks...I guess you can do whatever you like...not as though I could stop you...I like your face...pretty sure I would like your boobs...still haven't seen these legs that you complain about...and yes I would be honest...o.O...

Unless it would be a massive improvement I wouldn't bother.  If you looked like Ruth Buzzi I would say go for it.  However, if you can barely pick your nose don't do it.  I am an avid nose picker so I have an idea how big your nose is and it doesn't sound bad.  That money could go to a lot of other things more worthwhile.  For instance retirement isn't going to be an easy thing when you are older, just sayin.

no one can tell you what to do with your body or face. Personally I think if you have a bump on your nose that bug you, or can't breath normally through the nose, has a witch nose or the nose is way to big for your face then surgery will improve without changing your whole face.

There should be a warning sign before the reconstructive surgery picture lol. Its your body, do whatever it takes to make you happy.

It all depends on what you expect the surgery to accomplish. It won't be a magic genie, making all your looks problems go away.

However, if it is what you want, by all means go for it. Life is too short to not to be happy.

first of all you sound like a spoiled brat second, I don't think you need a nose job in some cases like after horrible accidents or if it just looks ugly a nose jobs is worth it.
