No. Having large boobs does not automatically make you attractive.
Girls can be DD's but still hold a perfectly framed body, the bust does not suggest the girl is fat, if she is a little over weight, then this explains the size of her boobs usually,x
Yes, I know the cup doesn't suggest she's fat, but the band size of 40 typically does. And like the other answerer said, having big boobs doesn't really count if the girl is really heavy.
possibly, but sometimes being big has no effect and are exactly what guys are looking for, so frame size etc has no working wonder, its down to the individual and what they like, male or female,x

The 40 is not a good sign, unless she's in the wrong size bra and actually needs to go down in band size and up in cup size.
I need to actually see them. Not topless; in a bra and shirt works just fine. It's hard for me to tell just by numbers and letters.
