I still live with my family so we rarely get time just to ourselves, and even then someone could walk in on us.  But we often watch movies with my sister or my brother, and when we do, he fingers me under the blanket.  When he thinks we may get caught, he doesn't put his hands down my pants- he tugs on the top of my underwear and pulls up so it rubs against my clit, or he uses his elbow against my clit.  It feels so good, but he's always teasing me.  We can't have sex until we're married but the first time we did anything sexual he went down on me and we did almost get caught.  Why does he tease me so much, and why when we could get caught? Well, I don't know why you are waiting for marriage. If he is already fingering you and went down on you, in a religious meaning, the deed has already been done. You don't need to have intercourse directly. Any sexual attention is the same. If it's for the fact that you want to repect your parents in their house. Him licking you and fingering you crosses those lines the same as sex does also. If you want him to stop, just have sex with him, but by you letting him go half the way is making him want to tease you so youd go all the way. And since you went half the way, there is no difference in going all the way at this point. Your purity is no longer with you, so why not.

But it is hott none the less. I have done this before but made her come in front of others with them not knowing.

People think that if they "don't have sex" that "other sexual attention" is alright when it means the same thing.

I am not saying I waited for marriage, I did not. But I never accused myself of being pure.

well there's plenty of reasons here.

1) he's young dumb and full of c*m. Basically like any young guy he's fascinated (if not obsessed) with sex. Since you guys don't get much privacy and don't have sex he is exploring when he can

2) he likes the thrill of the taboo or the chance of getting caught (I know about this as my girlfriend is the same way)

If you truly don't like it you need to communicate this with him. He needs to respect your feelings. If it's simply of matter of wrong place at the wrong time, perhaps you two can figure out times when you're only or ways to be alone for 10-20minutes so you can explore your sexuality in an appropriate setting
