No, I would not stay in a sexual relationship with someone who refused to have oral sex. Oral sex is a standard part of adult sexuality. Not only do you miss out on the oral sex, you also have to deal with all the other sexual problems that tend to cluster around someone who refuses to preform orals sex (shame, self-loathing and a deeply limited sexual pallet).
I have met a number of women who refused to engage in oral sex for a variety of reasons (TMJ, previous bad experience etc.). While the initial play was often good, I eventually got to the point where I realized the limitations on the sexual relationship were too large to overcome. In several cases, I got the feeling that they were not interested in the sex itself and where going through the motions because they thought they should.
fwiw, I would not continue a relationship with a woman who didn't enjoy receiving cunilingus either. Oral is just too big a part of sex to give it up, giving or receiving. it's a dealbreaker.

I know I might sound sleazy or perverted or immature or whatever but I am someone who loves to recieve oral. I think a girl should do that to please her man (not all the time but at least occasionally) and I think he should be willing to return the favor.
