Are guys ever turned on by getting hit in the balls?

I take a mixed martial arts class and I was drilling with an instructor who's asked me out a few times. He got me down (I'm no good) and I spun around and meant to hit him in the stomach, but he was standing a little taller than I thought. I totally nailed his balls, and he went down and was in pain for a while. After the class he tried to tell me that I owed it to him to go on a date (I'm not interested and have a boyfriend). What was that? I figured he would hate me after I put him through so much pain. Instead it seemed like he was more interested.
