I've been having the worst luck with dating, my ex turned out 2 b a liar and a cheater! I've been searchin yet I feel like there's no hope for love cause it seems like they're all jerks! In my opinion most real-life sadists (in contrast to what you see in movies or read in books) are more interested in a long-term relationship especially because they know what they have is hard to replace (OK if there is no other connection than sex they might wonder off but any man/woman would do that in such a case). I would also think that it makes sense that those who are sadistic in bed are more likely to normal people in every other aspect of their lives(unless they are sociopaths of course), and being sweet and caring with their spouses is just one part of it. (I should know, I have been like this with my ex)

This is usually not one of the issues that comes up in the first date or even in the first month of a relationship, which is bad since I would love to know my partner's fetishes to see if we are sexually compatible.

Guys like that start as nice guys that no girl dates. Then one day a girl who sees potential in the guy approaches him, seduces him, and makes him her "bitch". I suspect you have a couple challenges.

One is people who are one way in the bedroom another outside, how do they find each other. I never looked for a girl who was submissive because I thought it was super rare. It never occurred to me that it was something I could actually find.

Two, I suspect most guys who are both caring and dominant, it takes them some time to gain the confidence to be that way, to be comfortable with it and to handle the responsibility. I don't think I could have done it when I was 20. And I've read a few other guys here saying the same thing. I mean narcissist a**holes can do it at 20, but guys who are both caring and dominant it seems to take them a while to out it all together.
