A significant number of more decent girls would NOT have sex in the first week, actually. Those that do are probably the ones who care more about sex and consequently penis size and thus they'd get that over with pretty quickly.

To date a girl purely due to her preference in penis size is curious and suggests insecurities. As the other girls that have answered, I'm leaning on the side of: how would you even know that? I definitely don't do anything outside of a relationship and even in one I have to trust the guy enough and the future of the relationship to get down to any business.
A girl who prefers smaller penises isn't better for him. The girl who loves him is the best and that includes all of him. When you love somebody, they become more attractive and you like the different things about them.
