I have had friends and girlfriends that told me the same thing. Not all girls get horny when wearing a thong. Some woman have told me that they get very wet, when they don't wear any panties and they were something tight or wear a skirt/dress. If you don't know it probably isn't physical stimulation therefore it's a mental thing and if it's a mental thing it probably just makes you feel sexy which can range from being raised conservatively to having issues with sexual expression and dressing conservatively.

Because, and many girls don't realize it, your butthole is JUST as much a sexual area as the front.  Any rubbing is going to make the front wet.  People tend to separate the two.
