Yeah. Before my boyfriend and I were dating he got a boner as soon as we started cuddling and he was super embarrassed about it buy my reaction was basically MUAHAHA I WILL PUT THAT INSIDE OF ME because I'm just a supervillain obsessed with sex.
I also cuddled with this one guy I've known for years and he got a boner but since I wasn't really into him I was just like go me, I rock rather than plotting to corrupt him.
In summary, I'm sleep deprived and take it as a compliment.

Of course it's flattering. I like playfully rubbing up against my Boyfriend in public jst to see if I can get him hard, then I proceed to rub his boner when people aren't looking or ill jump up on the cart and have him push me around with his hardness pressed firm against me...it's a fun little game we play to get each other worked up for when we get home. Sometimes its funny because it happens over something I think is not "bonerworthy" ( like cuddling) then I just think .. reeeeally, from cuddling? but I know its not controlable most of the time.
Otherwise I don't really see it as a compliment .. just as something that happens.
