If that were me, it'd turn me on if a guy talked about masturbating like that, so long as we were friends. It's hard to know without having a better picture of the nuances of your behavior towards her at other times (ie have there been any subtle, even non-verbal hints that you fancy her - I'm not asking you this, but it's something I'm pretty certain would be on her radar).
