Like sexycrystal54313 states below the most successful response is to not get visibly bothered by it and to offer your own retort in kind as if you were addressing an inferior male "Shut up and lick my clit maggot" might suffice but tailor it to your own tastes. He is NOT actually expecting anyone to actually suck his d**k and unlike other suggestions he's not really thinking that this is a successful approach style to obtain fellatio. In any event go back to sexycrystal's advice and either a) return fire or b) blow him off and ignore him whenever the phrase is used and then shortly he'll amend his phrasing, hopefully to something less graphic. Sounds like he's a bit immature. Without knowing him, I can't say for sure, but some guys for various reasons personality-related, enjoy demeaning women in that way. Should probably reevaluate whether it's worth associating with him. I don't really think most guys say things like that randomly to women.
