How to hide hard nipples @ the gym if wearing just a sports bra+tank?

So I went to the gym last week and it was really hot, so I wore just a sports bra and a loose gym tank top. From almost the second I walked in, I looked in the mirror and my nipples were hard. Obviously I quickly put my sweatshirt back on but I wonder if there's any way to prevent this in the future without the sweatshirt. Are there special sports bras that have some sort of padding where the nipples would be? Or will I have to wear 2 tank-tops always to avoid the risk?

  • I wear a regular bra under a sports bra when I go to the gym both for that reason and for extra support. I have big ones and need the support. I will wear one of my old bras that I don't mind getting sweetly and stuff. That's the best advice I can give you buy a cheap lined bra and your problems will be solved. I never have any nipple show through with the Victoria secret body by Victoria lined demi bra. Anything you want to know about bras you can ask me I worked there for three years as a bra sepicalist so I know quite a bit about them.

  • I have a sports bra that has padding. Makes my boobs look huge, but no way my nipples are showing through those suckers. If you can't find any at Dick's or anything I'm sure you can find a pair at Kmart or something.

  • i wear nike dri-fit sports bra that takes care of that problem largely. and wear a black or navy tank top. harder to notice.

  • Tape over your nipples in an X pattern. That's what most of the girls I know do that worry about it.

    • i think that's bad for nipple skin ><

    • My girlfriend has very sensitive nipples and she does it. She's got a roll of that green tape they use in painting packed in her gym bag. Don't use gorilla tape and you'll be fine.

  • Rock out with your nips out.

  • I stuff a tissue inside the bra. Something soft. I've tried the tape thing too, but when you sweat it peels off and it just don't feel comfortable.

  • You could wear a t-shirt or something looser over your bra/tank top.

  • I would think there is some kind of insert.

  • Maybe get a thicker sports bra? Either that or don't worry about it. Plenty of gals nip out at the gym.

  • i would use folded up tissue or paper. something organic so your skin can breathe.

  • I thought some girls wore two bras to kind of prevent that
