Are there guys out there that are satisfied or OK with "vanilla sex"? SEither yourself or people/persons you know. Most couples only use 3 positions. They find out what works best for them and stick with it. If someone wants more positions or something kinky they need to be willing to take charge in the bedroom, and help their partner learn to please them.

Those things are pretty good, but it gets boring after a while. Doing the same thing every time. So, I need to mix things up to keep things interesting. And you should too.
