I have a little bit of a younger boyfriend I am 26 and he is 20.  When we first started dating we were in a deep sexual conversation before we had even really fooled around and he told me his number one fantasy is cumming inside of a girls mouth and he has never done it. I dated a man once that made me question similar things. He would come all over my stomach and lick it off and then put it in my mouth... so if you think your guy is being weird... well just what do you have to say about that? lol.. since he's young he is probably still finding out what he likes and seems to be very open to new experiences...I don't think it's weird exactly but it may not be something you're use to or something that you want to become use to. When I asked my ex about his sexual behaviors he told met that he just loves open dirty sex. He said that he feels connected to me when we leave no boundaries. He was crazy though. He did some crazy stuff to me. Once he was F*ing my face and then said to me "you wanna get F'ed? In my experience, most guys won't really kiss me after I swallow, some will... I've only had one guy like REALLY kiss me like directly after I swallowed, but never b4, at least not yet. But just judging from on here, there are some guys who like it so weird for some but normal for others :o)

It's normal.  Some guys avoid kissing after oral entirely (I avoid these types), most don't mind once you've swallowed, but then there's some who want to kiss before you've swallowed.  I like the last type the best.  It's incredibly hot when a guy does that.

It's not really weird, just not really common either. At least, a lot of guys won't come right out and say it.

Personally, it's not for me, but at the same time, I don't refuse to kiss her after she's swallowed either. An ex used to suck me off and then jump up to get a drink to rinse it down and I had to explain to her that it wasn't necessary.

Some guys won't kiss after that though. It just depends on the guy. In reality, the tree kinds are probably a pretty even split.
