I'm having early period cramps.

It's been a month since I stopped masturbating and I am now having period cramps two weeks early. I have never had this before and I notice even when my period finishes , I still have the cramps . Does this have anything to do with the fact that I stopped masturbating? I know that sexual intercourse or masturbating helps lessen the cramps but I'm not sure if you get cramps early if you stop masturbating.

  • That's a good question I'm not sure if they would relate to one another your menstrual cycles, and your masturbatory acts I would think they wouldn't be directly related, chow ever saying so are you in birth control at all? Has your periods ever been irregular before, with, or without masturbation? Your still young are you pretty regular with your periods? Have you had unprotected sex within the past year? I'm sorry I know I'm questioning you allot, and with very little answers it's just your symptoms and overall situation is so vague as I'd need more medical history to give you more a precise reasoning for your missed, or delayed menstrual cycle I would definitely seek medical intervention (see a doctor) soon wishing you good luck!

    • I had unprotected sex a couple months Ago, (that's when I lost my virginity) so the next morning I took plan b and didn't get pregnant. But after a month or so I was fine but now like just recently I'm feeling early pains and I don't know why. I never had this before. I'm always regular, my periods always come on time. Do you think it could be the plan b? I have taken breaks from masturbying before so I'm not sure it's cause of that. I nasturbated last night and this morning I still had the pains

    • It is the plan B, for sure Plan B can definitely delay a females menstrual cycles, and or skip a month or two because it directly affects your hormonal balances, and your periods being delayed, or skipped are a result of that give yourself 2 full me atrial cycles if your period has not occurred by the 60 th day since your last period see your primary care doctor, or OBGYN, and as far as your abdominal pains go that too could definitely be the Plan b your masturbatory times has no effect on you

    • Yeah but I get my periods regularly. It's just that the cramps never go away. But I feel much better now, I think it is the plan b. I'm just gonna wait it out and see what happens cause now the pain is gone. I think the hormones in my body are just trying to adjust themselves, that's why I'm having cramps.

  • It is a general belief that normal intercourse help in reliving cramps. This might be because of hormone exchange between man and woman during sex and perhaps because of feelings of loved - closeness. Psychology and exercise during sex might be the real thing helping in it. On other hand masturbation is not described as pain reliving solution - no traditional or religious beliefs allow it.
