Girls: what if more men had penis enlargement surgery?

Looking for opinions here on a specific hypothetical question: What would you think if men started getting penis enlargement in large numbers?  I'm talking about on an industrial scale similar to the rate at which women get breast implants, which is about half a million every year (just in the US), and in which surgeons make entire careers out of a single procedure.  How would you view men who had this procedure, as well as the general male population and how we view ourselves?  What would you think if you were dating a man who told you he had an implant?And for the record, such procedures do exist, but I think they're uncommon because their effectiveness is questionable and involves a lot of risk in terms of functionality after the fact.

I don't like large penises. If they're big they hurt and painful sex isn't good.

I don't understand why so many guys think they have small cocks. Most guys I've been with will make excuses for it thinking it's small but most guys are approximately the size they're making excuses for.

I've heard the average is 6 but I would say 90% of the guys I've seen their cocks (probably 25 or so) would be 4.5-5.5

If a girl really likes YOU she won't care how big you are.

In general I wouldn't be super bothered if my partner had this surgery BUT I would be bothered if it's too big because that's not a turn on for me or something I find appealing. I think "pain" when I see a overly large penis. If it's not outrageously big then I guess I can't blame a guy for feeling the pressure... just like many girls feel pressure to have bigger boobs, a prettier nose, a bigger butt etc. It wouldn't change my view much. But just like many guys will say they prefer a girl with natural boobs, I'd reckon I prefer my man natural too.

I wouldn't think anything of it. Women get vaginoplasty.. why not expect from men also to make themselves bigger in stead of only women having to make themselves tighter.

as long as you have a thick penis. length is not that needed. most of the pleasure nerves are basically in the vaginal entrance I think that technique plays a bigger role. concentrate on foreplay. it also helps to give the lady in question a few orgasms beforehand as this contracts her muscles.

I would be concerned that they would no longer fit in vaginas as easily lol. Penises aren't meant to be so gigantic that they can hardly fit in a vagina.
