depends on context. if you are denying him vaginal or anal sex thinking the oral should suffice, then no - guys will still not grow tired of blow jobs. The only conditions under which I can think of a guy becoming tired of a blow job is if he has been receiving a blow job for ~60 straight hours or so, ejaculating upwards of 20 times, possibly traded off between 3-4 different girls to keep the blowjobs aggressive, and needs to sleep. But even then, I think I'd just try to sleep while my dick is being sucked, hoping the orgasms are enhanced by my dream state or something.
But seriously, if it is not a comfortable position, he may get tired of it. That's all I can think of. I personally like to lie on my back, or sit in a reclining chair with arm-rests. Standing is fine on occasion, but I prefer not in general. Also, and judging by your post/age this is NOT the case, but if you were to be bad at giving blow jobs (i.e. too gentle, the use of teeth, never a single gag) that could cause a guy to become tired of blow jobs. Or, if you always demanded reciprocation even if he isn't really in the mood. Or if you were smelly or had bad hair or in some way a turn-off.
