If i was having sex with someone and they were in an enormous amount of pain, i'd stop and try something different or just stop and do more next time, in stages so its not traumatic. why didn't you just do it in a less severe way?

Because of religious beliefs and some family traditions we both had decided to keep our virginity till marriage, and fortunately we did. Guys should not push to that level where it makes his girl cry, he should be patient and use plenty of assistance as in lubrication, and gently try and break her hymen.There's no saying that it won't be painful, but it shouldn't be forced to where it causes you such discomfort where your only response is to cry, so take it at your pace next time, stop him when it hurts, take a breather and try again, because once he has gained entry, it will be that much more pleasant for you, and not as sore as when he would just try and force it in at one effort, so take a few efforts, and make sure its you calling the shots not him, x

It sounds like as though he may not have performed properly. I'm hoping that he didn't try to go in while you were dry. A process of lot's of foreplay has to take place before a man can enter the female. If not, then YES, it will hurt a lot. If done properly, it should only hurt for a couple of minutes. I've never had the pleasure of having a virgin, but, I do know that a man has to be prepared when it comes to having sex with a female.

No, I did not cry. I was and still am very tight down there and it did hurt but not so much that I cried. I did, however, bleed a lot which was kind of embarrassing but my boyfriend was sweet and respectful about it so it didn't matter. You shouldn't feel ashamed or anything for crying though. People handle these things differently and it doesn't make you weird or abnormal for crying. Don't worry about it:)
