Can lasting too long in bed be a bad thing?

Now , I'm not talking about 3 hours for only one climax, but lasting up to an hour or being able to go multiple rounds? For as long as I can remember , my girlfriend tends to get annoyed with me not reaching climax easily. Everything is great and feels amazing , just takes me awhile before I'm finished and even when I do, I'm still ready for more before I'm exhausted. It's always been that topic we never truly discuss because she feels uncomfortable when I try. So what's your opinion?

  • depends on the girl.

    some girls can stand the long time without getting dry or sore. others can't and will have to stop. multiple times of 15-20 min shouldn't be much of a problem as long as she has a chance to cool down in between.

    i had a girl when we were 18 & 19 that loved when I lasted a long time. another girl would have to get me halfway there before we even started because she couldn't go more than 30 min without getting uncomfortable.

    lube helps to some extent & so does going without a condom.

  • I suppose it could be if she thought it was her own fault or that she somehow just doesn't do it for you physically. Which in honesty, I think allot of girls would feel that way given the situation.

    And sometimes people just want a quickie... not everyone wants an entire production each and every time.

    • Have you never experienced a quick orgasm? Most guys have to work on lasting longer but I don't see why it wouldn't be the same for someone who needs to get off quicker. Sex is a head game.

  • an hour is way WAY too long, for me at least. For girls, the constant thrusting for prolonged periods can become painful so lasting too long is never good. There is a sweet spot. Lasting 2 minutes is not enough for most girls, but a continuous hour, even with position changes, is usually too long. Aiming for around 20 minutes is good. Leaves enough time for most girls to get off without it becoming painful.

  • I don't think it's a bad thing, but that's just me. It depends on who you're with and what she thinks about it.
