Lately I've become combative and aggressive. How can I keep it in check?

I'm usually really light hearted and laid back and if I was annoyed I would just suck it up. But lately when I'm stressed or annoyed, I'll act reactive and combative, and really direct, but in a mean condescending way. How can I keep it in check?
