Allow yourself time to grieve and then sort yourself out. Cry as much as you need to and then move forward... easier said than done I know. Work on yourself... I workout, tan, whiten my teeth, ext. I improve myself which helps. Cut off contact with your ex in all forms of communication. When he realizes what he's missing you aren't going to want to be with him anyways... you are better than that girlfriend! Stay strong. xx

If possible go on a long walk and listen to your favorite music and don't take anybody with you, not even your dog if you have one.Walk a way where you won't encounter anyone and think about anything that's on your mind.This helps me very well because I can sort myself out and when I'm back home I feel like what made me feel terrible has never happened and often new ideas come into my mind when I do this. It will be much easier to move on afterwards !
