Are pro-spankers and anti-spankers fanatics irritating too?

Personally, I don't believe in spanking a child and have my own reasons but I wouldn't go overboard in insulting those that do as their style of discipline. To everyone, whatever suits them.

However, I find the ''Every child needs to be spanked, back in the good old days, blah, blah'' crowd that insults those that don't and keeps saying that delinquency is on the rise because lack of spanking are sooo damn annoying.

I would literally dump someone for that... it means you're closed-minded. That's a deal-breaker too.

Update: What I've notice is people tend to associate the term discipline with spanking. The term means to establish order and boundaries but it may or may not include spanking. So saying those that don't spank don't discipline is wrong.
