What is your workout routine for today or what was it if your day is over?

Mine:
5 - 10 rounds-
•Weighted chin-ups: 10 reps
•Reverse crunches: 20 reps
•Weighted pushups: 10
•Russian twists: 20

1 mile intervals on stationary bike for 10 miles.
Trying to keep around 70-90 RPM, with rest in between intervals.

  • Cardio and core today. So i'll either be doing sprint training or a long distance run, i'll do my core workout, then some cycling, and finally i'll end with a swim

  • I did a very strenuous workout today.

    Arm workout: extend my triceps and biceps, extend fingers, grab the 10g fork, lift fork, push the fork into the food, lift food and fork and bring it to the mouth, extend arm again and put fork back on the food. Repeat 50 times

    Leg workout: extend legs back and forth to walk 50m, bend down to pick up remote, walk to couch

    I’m just kidding. I go to the gym but I’m sick today.

  • 3 sit ups mixed with two sit up twists in each direction till failulure. Those jump jack push ups till failulure. Twenty squats with a dumb Bell in each hand (40 lbs) then I do a standing curl followed by a extended overhead with each arm till failulure. Repete 5 times in that order.
