  • The corrupt government claims almost everything, including breathing, is "illegal" but the highest valid Law says we have unalienable rights and that any government which doesn't acknowledge and protect those is invalid and should be ignored if not dismantled and replaced.

So in other words, no, it's not truly illegal, but they have books full of treasonous invalid legislation that say nearly everything is illegal if you don't have money or political influence, and their corrupt cops, lawyers and judges will usually follow along because they are a criminal mafia of tyrants and self-righteous jackboots.

We all have rights but the gov doesn't care, it thinks it owns us, instead of us it. So the bottom line is we can basically do what we want as long as we don't hurt anyone, but we just have to stay a step ahead and avoid the scrutiny of the traitor rogue government and it's brainwashed serfs, or else they will cut up our tents and sleeping bags and give us fines and community service for the privilege.

  • That's TEXAS not the whole U. S.

Texas passed a law that is illegal to feed the homeless and also illegal for homeless to feed themselves by trash cans. Indirectly saying, no homeless is welcomed there, get out before you starve to death.

  • Nope. But it can be illegal to be in certain areas. Libraries for example are often ok, but you can’t shave, brush your teeth, bathe or sleep there.

  • No but the homeless are looked heavily down upon, and look at like cockroaches.

  • no. it's illegal to feed the homeless technically because the concern is whether or not is food is contaminated. they'd prefer homeless went to soup kitchens and various authorized food distributors that are vetted by health inspectors

most law enforcement i've seen don't make an issue of someone buying a homeless person a cheeseburger. but when well intended people set up food stands they do step in... and while it seems harsh the intent is provide responsible and vetted food

the laws regardless homeless sleeping on the street (generally illegal in most cities) and feeding the homeless are about public health and protections to the homeless than some callous attempt to keep them hungry or something

  • Sadly, it actually is illegal to be homeless in USA. It's a misdemeanor. Vargrancy, Loitering, illegal camping, littering, public urination/public defecation, public intoxication, public nuisance, etc... the list is quite extensive...

  • Well I remember that Virginia has a law against people sitting in public, so I think society is headed in that direction all things considered...

  • It's not illegal, but the cops are usually tyrants and their government superiors often pressure them into harassing homeless.

  • Homeless people should move to those McDonald's kids play areas. In the morning he/she wakes up when a kid is walking on top of him/her. 😃

  • technically no the problem is liberals use this as an excuse to allow homeless people to break pretty much every law they want. Just go look at all the videos from California Homeless doing drug out in the open throwing stuff at people breaking into cars sitting on the street camping wherever they want and if you try to say anything bad about it you get yelled at it's not a crime to be homeless

What research asking them what they use the money for a course they're going to say food. I used to live in California these homeless people just want Carefree life's doing drugs on the streets.
