Why does society demand women to be compensated for their biological shortcomings but ignores all those advantages they have?

this isn't mgtow/mra nonsense. just ask yourself honestly: what do we do as a society to grant women all the equal rights and even make up for their physical and biological shortcomings? do we not have regulations in place that make it so that women have all the same chances in the higher end labour market despite them having a lower value than men generally simply cause they're weaker and simply due to the fact that they "could" get pregnant causing all sorts of issues for the employer that the employer wouldn't have to deal with if he just went for a man? do we not have all sorts of "gender equality" programms going on in universities and white collar jobs as well as politics?

so when do we start compensating men for their bioligical disabilty to have a child? in fact not only do men get the short end of the stick cause they biologically can't give birth, they get no right to have a say in abortion as well, if they wanna keep the child on top of that. and then if we look at market value again, in low income jobs (retail, service and gastronomy) women have way higher value simply cause they attract more customers than men. call me sexist but if you have any idea about economics, then you know this is a fact that has nothing to do with sexism. why do we not compensate men for their biological lack of attractiveness in those lower end jobs why are there no "male quota" in waiter jobs or retail?

so in conclusion: society supports women by compensating for their biological disadvantages yet it doubles down on male disadvantage with that "my body" argument in abortion.
Why does society demand women to be compensated for their biological shortcomings but ignores all those advantages they have?
