Was it fair of Israel to bar our two congresswomen from Israel, after Netanyahu, Israel's prime minister, was allowed to speak to our congress?

It's strange that Netanyahu came to America, and Obama allowed him to speak before congress, yet now bars our congresswomen. During the time, Netanyahu spoke to our congress, he was speaking strongly against Obama's policies. Obama let him in the U. S., because we are a Democracy, and a country of free speech. Now, Netanyahu barred two American congresswomen from even entering Israel. And yet, Israel is supposedly a Democracy that allows free speech. Interesting, how Israel has their leader speak to our congress, even disagreeing with our president's policies, but won't even let two American female congresswomen into their country. Yes, these women disagreed strongly with Israeli policies. But Obama also strongly disagreed with Israeli and Natanyahu's policies, and vice versa.
