Edit Also the current crop of "Intersectional/Identitarian feminists" want everything but are not willing to work to get what they want they expect it to be given and if you happen to be working class this "feminism" is not extended to you its only for those who already have the ways and means to make it through life, they just want more power.
Back in the day of Loretta Lynn's music feminist meant something different entirely.
I know, I know.
This is a feminist:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjGCE87oU9Q
QA: you never told us what comes to mind for YOU when you hear the word feminist. If you tell us, I will respond to your question about bass guitar.
Can I just answer here? I've already used up my update limit. 😂😂
Yes of course.
I think it's a person who believes in the equality of both genders. But what really comes to mind is basically what all the guys said (overweight, unnatural colored hair, angry) because those extremists leave more of a lasting impression than the "normal" ones.
I think the description you just gave there is what feminism should be, but it's not really that at all, at least not anymore. Feminism is a gynocentric ideology that strives for a very gynocentric notion of equality.I mean every feminist says she stands for equality, but what does that mean? What is your definition of equality? The truth has always come out in any discussion I've ever had with a feminist (and I have had a lot of them) where we got into the nitty gritty about gender issues, and it always became apparent that what they considered "equality" isn't equality at all, but rather the gynocentric idea of what they think equality means. That's not how equality works. By definition, equality must consider both sides of an equation, and FEMINism does nothing of the sort.Long story short, we need to start judging feminism based on what it is rather than what we think it should be or wish it was.I already answered your question about bass guitars, by the way. I am a fan of bass guitar and I agree with you that it is underrated. Most people just don't notice it, even though they would definitely notice it if is WASN'T there.
