Why do people think that speaking incoherently is equivalent to winning an argument?

Anonymous
We all know those types of people. The ones who think that speaking really fast and slurring their words into each other is the equivalent to “winning”. Here’s an example:

Me: “There’s no excuse to abuse animals. Anybody who kicks puppies on purpose should be kicked too, to see how they like it.”

Other person: “But AFHAKSBSGHSPNFTHV!”

Me: “What?”

Other person: “Exactly.”

I know that nobody actually says keyboard mash letters in common vernacular, but when people speak really quickly and at a sort of muttering tone of voice, they sound illegible. I don’t understand why the people who do this think that they’ve “won”. It only makes them look stupid.
