i literay said in the question that this is a debate topic. so i need to debate both sides. i never revealed my views. so it is stupid of you to judge me and label me stupid based on something you assumed.pay gap does exist. and like it is quite high. in finance related jobs for example, the pay gap would be mqns 15 euros to womans 9. and that is a shit situation, but yea this is not the solution. nextly your point about women being caregivers. well why should a woman who takes care of elderly get less pay than car mechanics who take care of cars?really the pay gap is a thing. it is lower in Arabic countries but thats only because so little women work there as it is a taboo. so dont just come and shoot down actual statisticswith your fake facts.
Jay, the pay gap exists as a result of women choosing to work fewer hours, take more family leave, and develop only a certain level of experience. Controlling for that, pay per hour is almost the same.Focusing on recent college grads, women make more than their male counterparts. One big reason for the different total average salary is that men have the crazies: both the ones on the streets, and the ones who will work 20 hour days, go into debt, and eat ramen every day for 10 years just to start the most successful company in the world.
Yea the whole point is that debate topic for this year is that women should have lower tax rate. Like 1% lower. Maybe 2.

based on what?
Progressive income taxes, tax credits to single parents more often going to mothers, and elderly care programs disproportionately benefitting women.
