I have a reverse gender bias (to the typical) what problems may I face?

Try basing your work on simpler data (easier to work with than vague feelings).

- find a reliable numerical way to estimate performance
- find out how many mistakes people make and how often they own up to them
- Dunno how to measure inclusivity

None? As long as your team performs well and your people receive the compensation they think they deserve, nobody gives a fuck. Everyone has biases based on the previous experiences. I would be hesitant to hire a person from india because I have worked with like 10 of them before and only one of them was good while the others were shit beyond any measure. It may have been just my bad luck or perhaps the majority of Indians that migrate to finland are not nearly as good coders as they think they are.

I'm glad you had good experiences working with women. Honestly, nobody cares. It's only the final result that really counts

What's wrong with basing it on individual performance? I don't understand being biased toward one or the other. I've worked with some amazing people of all races and genders. I've also worked with some real shitty people of all demographics. It just doesn't make sense to make assumptions on physical characteristics.
