Etc..

You measure inclusivity be keeping a mental note of who has spoken at a meeting. If you want to be inclusive then invite the quiet ones to give their options, they may be young, old, black, white, brown, disabled etc
I'm an extrovert, and fellow extroverts design, debate and think out load. Whereas your introverts take this time to identify the issues with our design, so when asked "what do you think" they usually have the best solution 😏🤷🏽♂️
The thing is, I have more faith in women than men, that is the core of my gender bias. That's how I am, and that is unfair on men. I need to view them as people rather than make positive assumptions based on female gender.
