How can pro-life people support putting many lives at risk by reopening things before the virus is under control?

It seems that the people that most want the virus-related restrictions to be lifted immediately are generally the same people that are strongly pro-life. Since public health experts seem very much in agreement that keeping the restrictions in place longer will save many lives, I'm wondering how someone can be pro-life and at the same time be advocating for doing something that puts people's lives at risk. That seems inconsistent to me. Can someone explain the thinking on this?
