Writing a tiny section at the end of one out of many articles is still an attempt at hiding truth. You bury what you want people not to know under tons of other information just so when you're called out you can claim you still commented on it. It's a common ploy to save face but the intention is pretty obvious
No, it's just not as important as the fact that the man was killed.
@goaded It is pretty important when they're trying to paint him as a saint to provoke an even bigger reaction.
Well, if you prefer, how about the EMT who was shot 8 times in her bed? What did she do wrong? None of them deserved to be killed.
@goaded Did I mention her? Cute strawman
It's not a straw man, you were defending cops killing people who have committed crimes without due process, so I brought up her case, where they just shot her eight times in her sleep despite being miles away from the supposed perpetrator. ProTip: Neither is acceptable.
@goaded Lmao no I wasn't, if you read ANY of the things I said to other people you'd know I'm not defending them. Stop being hyperbolic, it is a strawman because it has nothing to do with the media supressing information about George Floyd
I just searched for "george floyd convicted", and got nypost.com/.../ www.dailymail.co.uk/.../...eased-prison-Texas.html for example.Look, even if he was in the act of committing those crimes at the time he was arrested, it still doesn't justify killing him, let alone after he'd done his time.
@goaded look who posted that bud
And I don't know why tf you keep going about this "doesn't justify it" shit when I NEVER SAID IT DID. Again you're sitting here attacking points I never made
You never said it didn't, either, which is pretty important. Maybe an update is in order?
@goaded I wouldn't have to say it didn't because that wasn't the point. Plus I said that to other people, which I already told you yet you still carried
Honestly if you feel the need to extrapolate it just means you're pressed but got nothing to say to the actual point
You want me to pay attention to what you've said to other people? OK. You've said:" People care less when they're aware that someone was a bad person. It's an appeal to emotion, paint him as a saint, more people rally behind the cause. The media gets a bigger race war to profit off of that way "And:" When did I say it did you moron "Why should news outlets try to make people care less about the death of a person? They can report the facts, but the most important fact is that he died while in police custody. That is unacceptable.
@goaded Because the entire point of commenting on it is to start a race war. Are you really that much of a sheep? They don't talk about the whites that are killed. They don't talk about the Hispanics that are killed. Why? Because they wouldn't get the same reaction. They wouldn't get people destroying buildings, looting businesses. The reaction they get would also be way less significant if they knew the type of person George was so they don't want the crowd to know that. A bigger reaction means more money for them. They want this race war. The media is the enemy of the people
None of that is true.
@goaded Wow. Alright, stay a sheep ig
People care less when they're aware that someone was a bad person. It's an appeal to emotion, paint him as a saint, more people rally behind the cause. The media gets a bigger race war to profit off of that way

When did I say it did you moron
That's not the point
what is the point
That the media wants to provoke a bigger reaction to profit off the race war
how is it a race war
There's a reason you never hear when a white, Hispanic, Asian, etc. Is killed by a cop. It happens A LOT and statistically speaking it's no more likely to happen to a black than any other race when you compare crime statistics. The point is to get people to riot. The point is to continue ruining race relations because the media profits from that. A man named Bernardo Palacios-Carbajal was killing unlawfully last week. He was running away from the cops and they still shot him 20 times. You won't hear it on major news though because he's Hispanic
That may just be one example but I can give TONS of example that don't make the news. The Ferguson Riots, The Baltimore Riots, The Milwaukee riots. All of those riots were over a black person being killed, because the media knows when a black person dies if they cover it, the black community will go haywire and that means more money for them
George who was killed by a cop didn't unlawfully kill people when he died from axphyxation
