Definition of murder and police brutality. What do you think?

We need a Universal Federal Definition of each degree of murder and a universal federal definition of police brutality.

the recent shooting of an unarmed man in the back is sickening. the two officers shot him 7 times in the back.

First of all, it's true, the suspect was resisting arrest and disobeying officer orders, but still it's the principle, you don't shoot an unarmed man in the torso or back. If for some reason you are FORCED to shoot an unarmed man, you are supposed to shoot them in the knee-cap, not a vital organ. In any case, the officers had Tazers, so they should have just tazed the man. Instead they shot him point blank 7 times in the back.

In my opinion, both officers should go to prison for 10 years for attempted murder... WITHOUT parole... because they know the law and should have known better. They should have just tazed the guy or shot him in the knee, not the torso. This is obvious and this scenario is a ridiculous show of incompetence and bad blood between petty criminals and police officers.

Last i Heard, the suspect survived this, but since he did break the law, he needs to do some jail time after he recovers because yes He did break the law and resist arrest and such.
