It's happened to me a few times on here. Probably less than once a year, though.
And I hate both Trump and Biden

I have seen videos of them pepper spray people or attacking people who were outside not wearing a mask Both sides are plain stupid and annoying
Yeah that’s not a common occurrence but uh...
@Lizzzzz288283 can u accept my follow request? thanks :)
Yes cool, a video of that happening. I never said it didn’t happen, I just think it is very rare for it to happen. The amount of times I’ve seen anti mask people making mask-wearing a political issue and fighting workers about wearing masks and such outweighs people who do wear masks
I think both sides need to shut up. I do not support either of them
Not sure what area of the country you live in, but consider yourself lucky. I assure you it is not rare.Last night, my city erupted in chaos again. Pepper balls and tear gas were deployed by police and a curfew has been implemented. It's become all too common.
@Yanifah uh are you talking about the BLM protests? Because yes that is happening but that has nothing to do with mask-wearing. Have yet to hear about cops throwing pepper balls at people who are pro-mask wearers..
"I don’t know how people who see the importance of wearing masks in order to not spread particles around to those who have compromised immune systems are stupid or dangerous? "That's an emotionally valid response to actually care about this issue and other people. However you're conflating that with the science on whether masks actually work. We've been asked to wear masks in corridors at the educational establishment that I work at. Despite otherwise *heavily* interacting and mingling with staff and students. Putting on a mask in a corridor is just emotional pandering for psychological reasons and to make it seem like something is being done. It is interacting, mingling, being in confined spaces with poor circulation and poor hygiene practices that spreads this virus. Masks do fuck all. Especially in arbitrary contexts where you're otherwise mixing (although I'm not convinced they would help there, either).
Masks were worn by all protesters I saw on the news. You don't have to like it or even agree with it, but if it's required, deal. We're a civilized society so following a simple rule shouldn't be up for debate. If you don't want to wear one, that's your choice. But then you are also choosing to not go where masks are required.
Not BLM. Police covered up the death of a man who was arrested, treated badly, and died a week later due to injuries sustained at the time of arrest. Happened in March, just found out about it last week.
@Yanifah so how does that have anything to do with what I’m referring to?
Sometimes you have to do stuff you don't like or even agree with, no arguments. It's called being an adult.
Both sides have annoying idiots who takes things soo far
Never said they didn’t but do continue repeating yourself
Both sides have annoying idiots who take it soo far
How do you take wearing a mask too far? What exactly is it that you object to?
These two people are actually the same species of idiots. Both are stupid and act like little triggered children https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTajZovR3UI&t=15shttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAUeIBQoQCU
The first video shows... nothing. It's the aftermath of some altercation. I laughed in the second video"I'm American - I have CoNsTiTuTiOnAl RiGhTs.' That's cringey enough, never mind the fact she was asked not to wear a mask.
She pepper spray a family because they eating outside without wearing masks'Both woman are plain stupid and annoying
The Costco employee is just doing her job. You can't assume she supports wearing a mask. The shopper thinks the Constitution is applicable. She's the idiot.
TBH this is all just a big red herring -We judge issues based on the arguments presented, not just what some randos do that we might not approve of.Like, I'll use the anti-mask position as my example - It's entirely possible that other anti-mask people besides the one in the video have good arguments for their position, I haven't heard any, but they could hypothetically exist. I currently write off the anti-mask crowd as idiots because their arguments are bad, not just because some rando in some store threw a temper tantrum. You, on the other hand, just look at some examples of said randos and assume their entire position has no legitimacy because you don't approve of a few individuals behaviour. When I read this Ask and made fun of you for a meaningless, edgy middle ground position, I thought you would offer some arguments from both sides and explain why they were both flawed. Instead all you did was offer examples of people being dicks. So what? How is that in any useful? What /should/ the correct position to hold be? Because these videos don't clarify your actual position or why pro/anti mask people are wrong.
Both sides have nuts who take things to the next level
