What's the point of a castle doctrine if you can't unload on trespassers?
@ThisDudeHere cops with a warrant aren't trespassers. This law is here to protect law abiding citizens, not empower thugs
@TienShenhan and how is a citizen to know if the cops have a varrant? What if it's a bunch of corrupt cops who want to incriminate?
@ThisDudeHere It is not up to the citizen at the time of encounter to question whether or not armed cops have a warrant. They can sort that out later in court. The cops DID have a warrant. Dispatch gave them the wrong location. As for your castle doctrine argument (I am pro castle doctrine), you still need to identify your target before shooting. Even if it was a criminal, the boyfriend acted too quickly and could have hurt innocent people around him. It only takes a split second to identify your target. Even in war in Iraq we still made sure to identify our targets. We did not just start firing when shots were fired.
They weren't given the wrong location and the shot that hit the cop was most likely fired by another cop also the police never announced themselves which is why the men who fired from inside the apartment is currently free and with all charges dropped
The cops had the correct address. They had a no knock warrant. The warrant was issued due to an officer stating he had spoken with USPS officials and determined that a package delivered to that address was picked up by a known drug offender and taken to a known drug house. Louisville's Postal Inspector reported that a different agency than the police involved had requested the USPS to determine if Taylor's home was receiving suspicious mail. It was concluded they were not, yet an officer stated they did to get the warrant.Police claim that they announced themselves once then battered the door open. One witness stated they heard the officers announce themselves, but several neighbors reported that they hear no such announcement. Inside, Breonna heard suspicious noises at her door and yelled loudly asking who was there. No one answered. They both got out of bed and were headed toward the door when it came crashing off the hinges. The boyfriend was carrying a gun he had a license for and fired at the men storming through the door. The officers then fired, not hitting the boyfriend, but hitting Breonna six times. You claim someone shooting is responsible for who the are hitting. Well they did not hit the man with the gun at all, but hit the unarmed woman six times. Your words, "One of the basic safety rules of gun ownership is that you are accountable for every round you fire and where it lands." So the officers were accountable for hitting her and killing her. You stated she was responsible for making quick movements around the cops. She did not know they were cops. She did not have any time to make quick movements as they instantly shot her.
"That collateral damage defense does not apply to the boyfriend due to him starting the situation." The police started the situation and when the occupants yelled out asking who was there they did not answer. If they had, they would have come in and Breonna would be alive. By the way, they were not looking for "the suspect". They were looking for drugs and any associated money, all of which did not exist.

There is Probably MORE, @TonyMetal___86 We will either HEAR about or Read about or.. Never Know, Dear... Just So Sad... xx
True... it's so sad to hear about such things, 1st about the drugs and second about this young girl's death...I can't believe how much life is cheap these days, killing someone is like snapping fingers...In the past, life was priceless! A lot of people could never kill someone or even think about it and were affraid of how god will see them and condemn them.. When someone used to die in the past from natural causes someone who is above 90, people mourned for days and weeks, now it's like something normal hearing someone who died...It's really sad and i hope that people will change someday and realize that it's never okay to let someone die if they can help or to let someone suffer, we must always care about each other and help...
Two walked, ONE Charged and More to this Story, Pussycat.. GOOGLE IT. xx
yeah if this is new i haven't had time with my new job but i will when i get five... last i saw on the story was lewis hamilton wearing a t shirt calling for the cops to be arrested at the grand prix nearly two weeks ago
PLus THOUSANDS more with Covid your Way and a Possible Lockdown and Supermarkets Being Limited due to Hoarding.. Yes, Pussycat, Your Paws are full. Maybe you can Work at Home? xx
But he shot an officer through the door AFTER they announced that they were the police and had a warrant? How is that them being judge jury and executioner? Are they not allowed to defend themselves? Do we just not have police anymore because criminals don't want to get in trouble? At which point could the police have prevented this? I mean Breonna Taylor could have prevented it by not getting involved with criminals, she could have prevented it by not renting out a car for one of her drug dealing exs who then killed some one in said vehicle, she could have not been a go between for his drug deliveries. Her boyfriend could have not shot a police officer after the officer announced that they were the police and had a warrant, he could have also prevented this by not being a violent criminal. But were could the police have prevented all of this? The only way I can see them being able to prevent this is if they allowed themselves to die or simply didn't do their job and allow criminals to do what ever they wanted and hurt whomever they wanted (which seems to be what your suggesting). So what could they have done?
@hellionthesagereborn they never announced themselves for one, only one out of twelve witnesses state they did. Someone posted link to a article, can't remember who though. Police may be able to defend themselves but they are not supposed to murder someone who was innocent. Breonna Taylor was not a drug dealer at all, the police could've prevented this by actually announcing themselves and then the boy friend would have no reason to attack. They aren't just supposed let themselves die but that really comes from the risks of no knock warrant, if you don't announce yourself as police then the person will see it as a home invasion thus leading them to defend themselves. Of course the boyfriend shot first, he wanted to protect the house and his girlfriend.
But they did announce themselves, the officer got shot OUTSIDE of the apartment, you can't be invading some one's home if you are not in some ones home. Second, she wasn't innocent she was on the warrant and was believed to be involved in several crimes and potentially a murder. Third if they get shot at and they fire back that is not murder, that is self defense. You can claim that they sholdn't have shot her but then your only argument is that the police should have stood their and allow them selves to die because a criminal didn't want to get arrested in which case you don't deserve to be protected by the police, you don't deserve any one protecting you. So in short their is no argument, we know exactly what happened and the police did absolutely nothing wrong and Breonna taylor absolutely did many things wrong and so did her boyfriend (who was a criminal) and so was her ex (who was a drug dealer she was working with).
Thank You, @xHoneyxBeex xx
I do think there was a Grand Jury, Honey, Although You will be Hearing a lot More in the future... xx
I think her own Demise was Walking down that Hallway with her boyfriend who Had this Gun, hun... xx
Ahhh, Her family Got Millions, I nearly Forgot... There will be MORE to this Story, I bet in the Future... xx
Yes, Dear... Something like That... xx
This is nice, Tank You, Ms. Pink. So true, Very sorry for everyone. xx
Wait until Sleepy Joe Biden Might take over the Wheel Deal... EEEEEL:((xx
Thank YOU, I see it ALL clearly now. xx
How is she a drug dealer? Her ex-boyfriend is the drug dealer. Not the current boyfriend Kenneth walker.
@0oGreyo0 as the video very clearly shows she was using her apartment to sell the drugs and give the money to her ex boyfriendobviously the new boyfriend must have been involved or he wouldn't have fired at the police
They knocked with a no knock warrant? Did they have body cams on?
@colelydiason Not sure. Go ask the Grand Jury who was presented with ALL the evidence, and not just what was made available to the public.
@colelydiason Witnesses in surrounding apartments testified that they heard the cops knock and announce themselves
Thanks for More Facts. xx
Can you trust that eye witness tho? They tried to give a lighter sentence to the dude they were after if he said breonanna Taylor was selling drugs. At that point hoe do I know your not coercing people or using money/fear tactics
I relive he HEARD the Knock but maybe Not them... I was not there... xx
Maybe. That’s the middle ground. But at the same time, we can’t just let people use that as a defense every time cops show up at their place. So we should still defend the cops.
one witness said he did the other 12 didn't hear the cops until they busted down the door
It's almost like busting in a door is a louder noise than knock, huh, weird.
Yes, True but Now I am Getting Notifications more COPS who Walked maybe Not so Fast to Walk? More in Store.. xx
Have NOT Yet Seen One White Protest but then Again---No thing like WLM groups.. Form them Maybe I think we should!!! xx
I think there shouldve been one for cannon hinnant, kyle rittenhouse, and the police shot in head the other day... well actuaully ALL police who have experienced any injuries. All horrible crimes
@SexyAshh World is Going to Hell now in a Handbag, Thanks TOO to George Soros:((xx
I agree. I just wish the media would stop spinning stuff. I know im young but never take things at face value, i always research before i speak. So its sad to see so many young people believing a false narrative they see through cnn and the media. The whole blm movement funds go to act. Blue, which goes straight to the democratic party and funding bidens campaign. And the rioters are all being funded by soros to keep riots going. The whole movement is just getting used by the dems and yet no one seems to see that. I just hoping at some point things will go back to normal, but I don't know if i see that happening:/
I think They went to the wrong apartment looking an EX (I am confused) and a cop shot accidentally INTO another apartment on what I saw as WHY this cop got Charged.. She got caught in the Crossfires of Gunshots.. xx
I have to Agree with YOU though... Wait and See. xx
Yeah, we've learned that if you let the media and lawyers looking for a payday to filter the facts for us, we will get a distorted view of what actually happened.
@Avicenna watch the video i posted. Everythings been filtered with her case. The guys an ex cop, he has her full police report on his website as well. The whole things another situation for rioting for a criminal
@Avicenna no prob.!
I know... WLM I guess NOT. xx
I like your style. xx
New info... was not a no knock warrant... also he said he didn’t hear them announce which maybe I can see. Ide day no blame except that one cop that nearly hit a neighbor
@VanillaSalt the boyfriend did open fire on the police.
@anonymous watch the video i just posted. If you want more, officer tatum has her full poilce report. She was in the drug game and she wasn't innocent.
Most people are just looking at this as “she was shot because she was black by racist white police” without looking at the facts. It’s complete moron media motivated bs.
@SexyAshh Ok Karen
My names ashley, but cute nickname💋❤️
She didn’t deserve to die. But she was living with a known drug dealer and there is evidence she was an accomplice. There is zero evidence that this was racially motivated. It’s a tragedy but not a hate crime. I know people like to ignore facts to push a narrative. But BLM needed to stay the fuck out of this one. If you shoot a gun at a cop don’t be surprised when they shoot back. They are going to stand there and risk being murdered. I know I would shoot back. Her boyfriend is 100% responsible for her death.
@SexyAshh Oh go away Trumpa Loompa
Anonymous you hypocrite, would you say this, if Breonna and her boyfriend were white? I bet you would be like "they were just defending their property then". I bet you're also pro-gun like most rednecksThey murdered an innocent woman and there's no excuse for that.. They should be charged and jailed for her murder.
@GothRose2 yes it’s always about race. Fact #1: If they were both white it would of never been mentioned in the mainstream media. Even it was it would of not changed my opinion of the outcome at all. Fact #2: Your racist ass backward assumption that I’m a “redneck”’. I fucking live with two black guys and am dating a Latino woman. I’ve worked, live around (and with), been classmates and sports mates with minorities my entire life. Fact #3: BLM is was openly founded on neo Marxism. There is an ulterior agenda to push socialism and ultimately communism though this bs. This is the REAL reason so many leftist white morons are getting behind it. It’s a smokescreen https://youtu.be/p7C6tNjiRKYBut then again I’m just a brain dead “bigot” because what I saying doesn’t jive with your emotions. Yeah your the educated one and I’m just back in the woods because I actually take the time to read facts.
-Because you use redneck rhetoric. Nothing racist about that. -So you're hiding behind your black friends to shield you from a racism accusation. You’re using your black friend as that shield so that people can see that you're not racist and a progressive person on race issues.Having a black friend, a black mother-in-law, or a black cat doesn’t shield you from being a racist. It just makes you oblivious, self centered, and a fool. It means that you are willfully blind and completely ignorant.Racism isn’t about the people in your life, it’s the attitude that you hold towards an entire race of people based on behaviors that you perceive to be wrong or beneath you. The belief that you’re superior to them based on your racial characteristics and the fact that you believe they are inferior because of theirs. It’s a bullshit argument and it needs to be called out. So many people pull out their adopted children of color to pretend they aren’t racist but it’s actually the opposite. If you believe having a black friend is going to shield you from being a racist, you may have some issues going on to begin with.It means that you see your black friend as an object, not actually a friend. It makes your claims of “I don’t see color” complete bullshit, because you clearly see the color of your so called friend.Sad.-Also, what does the BLM movement have to do with the question?
Time to mute
@GothRose2 so facts are racist. Gotcha.
BLM has everything to do with this because it’s in everyone’s faces wherever you go. But BLM is getting innocent black people killed in rights. Do you know how David Dorn is? Maybe you heard his name once or twice. But he will never been laid in a golden casket. He will never be sanctified. Never mind the fact he lead blameless life as a retired black police chief who was murdered defending a pawn shop by other black men during a BLM riot. He doesn’t even scratch the surface of the libtard insanity going on. This “movement” is going end up harming and setting back the very people it was supposed to protect. And quit this this “institutional” racism fucking bullshit. Africans Americans are overall better off than other black worldwide. It’s in 1856. Not 1950. It’s fucking 2020. We now live in a society that overwhelming elected a black president twice. This crap is only going to bring back REAL racism back but people are too stupid to realize it.
Congrats on getting it people thing stereotypes and not thinking well of someone is racism these days... just cause you don’t like them don’t mean you can’t show them respect
@VanillaSalt respect is a foreign concept to many people. I never open an argument by personally insulting people. I lay out facts and my POV. If they don’t like what I’m saying they make it personal. I noticed women tend to be much worse about this. Not all of them. But too many of them. They are way too impressionable to societal messaging in the mass media, entertainment, etc.
They have never been reporting facts, they have always provided information based upon their agenda. Thats why its so important to do the research yourself and when you cannot do that find some one you can trust to present the facts (I use tim pool a lot for this. I don't trust his opinions but I do trust that he will present the truth to the best of his abilities) and then learn to look for certain words or phrases that will show you that things are not what they appear to be (if they are presenting some one as a cartoon villain (like they have for trump), their is a good chance its a smear job/lie. If they are not presenting one side as evil and the other as victims but just as they were, chances are they are being at least some what honest.).
THis boyfriend I do NOT think was (But who knows but the EX was involved) But he should not have been so HASTY and Shot. It got Nasty!! xx
I agree. xx
@SuccessfulHornDogThe reason that the cases do not have all evidence presented up-front is to preserve evidence and testimony. Publicly airing all evidence would give room for false witnesses to lie, true witnesses to want to change their stories to reflect media sensationalism, etc.The full details are public record after the trial. But the media rarely publicizes any of them. They just don't sell as much when any possible controversy has been cleared.
@Ram0n83 I understand that there are legitimate reasons for withholding evidence but society and truthfully, the media whips everyone up into a frenzy. this happens over and over and over again.
Everyone has a Different opinion this case. xx
Unfortunately her boyfriend and her was involved with drug trafficking. He is locked up in prison and doesn’t give a damn about her death.
@Darcia Ohh Hearing this More and More. xx
@Darcia allegedly it is not proven, when they went to her house they went to wrong house.
@scarlett774 it is what is proven. Breonna Taylor police records from her and her boyfriend are online for viewing if you would like to read up on it. It is a conversation from Breonna phone, her boyfriend phone conversations and what was recorded through their IP address.
I know, I would NEVER have WENT down that Hallway with a Gun, hun---Boyfriend's. xx
And Bad Publicity. xx
Nearly Every Stet it appears it MIGHT happen. xx
Wrong, cops have the legal right to kill in certain situations. I know you'd rather they show up armed with bananas, but we live in the real world here where criminals have guns and they use them on you
Mmmmmm, correct... to a point.Once people start firing guns at the police then that isn't cut and dry.
Many times Latterly Yes. xx
In this Case, Yes, Master, Although Bullets ended up in the ext door apartment? This was Careless... xx
Guns in Hand and Molotov Cottontails still Cumming:((xx
Ohh, RIGHT--NO White.:((xx
Bulletshit, Yes. xx
Yes, He started it. xx
To be fair if someone breaks into your house are you gonna let them get more than a few feet in? Damn good shot though.
@VanillaSalt To be fair, if the police announce even though it's a no-knock (grand jury testimony and if you decipher the boyfriend's statements) and you shoot one of them, you are responsible.
I guess both came Down from a Longg hallway and she got in the Way, Yes... xx
ARE you for the COps or for the Boyfriend? xx
There are PROTESTS for Her but I see where the cops were Right and One was actually in the Wrong, Who was Arrested... Any opinions now? xx
There's no "for the cops or for the boyfriend." That isn't the issue, and is a severe oversimplification of the facts. The issue is whether the objective evidence shows the police acted improperly-- which it does-- and whether Breona Taylor as a human being had worth, in terms of her life-- which she did, or rather should have.
@GaGisrunbymorons One cop Charged, Two Let go.. Protests now... xx
Grand jury, Two Walked and One Charged, However.. I Agree... More in Store, @Jessie91331 xx
Honest, Thank you. xx
Sure, they went out and set up a fun night out, killing a black woman in her sleep for shit and giggles.
@Sabretooth He Was Wanted on a Drug Warrant. xx
wasn't even the wright guy-that was an ex-they lied to get that warrant.
@Guanfei than, explain why they felt they need to make up a story to get a warrant?
let's not pretend that all soldiers and all cops sign up to serve. some are just bloodthirsty people wanting the power to quench their thirst.
One of 12 is reasonable doubt.
Body cams are amazing.
lol Ohh, From Turkey, Dear, You need to Google it. Look at my names up there. xx
Hey Paris come to Turkey and see me.
dear Paris, I didn't think this was such a serious event, at least until I checked it out on Google. This is a very, very sad event. On the other hand, I wonder why the rights given by the American Government to the police and law enforcement agencies are endless. It is extremely troublesome for the police to even dare to do such a thing. In the past months, I heard the news of a person who was heard all over the world and was wrongfully killed by a police officer. Millions of dollars, checks, years of imprisonment... none of these can bring back that young girl who died. He cannot relieve his family's pain. He cannot tell about his lost career and his disappearance. Therefore, first of all, besides the education given in schools, universities or vocational high schools, Humanity lessons should be given, including some psychological theories about the values that should be given to people. I do not think of the value that people give to each other from a psychological point of view unless this is given in the course. First of all, people should accept others as they are, love them because they are human beings, and try not to show them through the repressed originating from their ego. If this situation of humanity is better understood or taught, I think this situation will be more effective than sanctions. However, alone is not enough. Men should be taught that respecting women and children, they are also human beings with property rights.
Bless YOU Dear @Mediboy xx
Exactly, dear. xx
Trigger Happy Thugs. xx
Exactly and justice was served
I believe so. Trouble Is, You and I will STILL be Hearing stuff in between That Grape Vine. xx
Nice One. xx
Wasn't it an EX that had this problem, Not this Boyfriend though? xx
Both I believe
Okay then. xx
Right ON, @jimmy2 xx
Ohh, I see, okay then. xx
interesting. Why do you say that?
@SuccessfulHornDog Um, JUst saying... xx
But they were at the right house, they had a warrant out for Breonna Taylor (a rental car under her name was found with a dead body in it), and they, despite having a no knock warrant, knocked and announced their presence at which point her boyfriend (a known criminal) shot through the door hitting an officer. At which point was this the officers fault? They did everything in their power to mitigate problems, the only other option they had was to allow her boyfriend to open fire on them and kill them because he didn't want to get arrested.
@hellionthesagereborn I thought they were supposed to be at her ex boyfriends house?
No, they had a warrant for him too but they had actually been surveilencing her and her house for awhile. Here is a guy who presents the actual documents from the police showing all the evidence (he is an ex police officer himself).https://youtu.be/Yh9Czx1cmnkI mean I don't disagree that we need police reforms, but it has nothing to do with the police being in the wrong and everything to do with a society that treats them like they are monsters and calls for killing them (BLM has actively done this, BLM activists have actively targeted and killed officers, in almost every single case of "police misconduct" that has been in the news, it wasn't actually police misconduct it was the person being violent and/or resisting arrest (in the case of George floyd for example, techincally it was police misconduct because he was pinning him wrong (the knee is suppose to be in the upper back not the neck), but the only reason why george floyd was on the ground to begin with was because he broke the law (had a long history of criminality), had resisted arrest, once the officers managed to get him out of his car and into the police vehicle he kicked his way out of it screaming that he was claustrophobic and wanted to be placed on the ground. The officers were actually waiting for an ambulance because he seemed to be high and eventually Floyd died not from the knee on his neck but due to a fentynal overdose).
www.victoriataft.com/.../https://youtu.be/yfi3Ndh3n-gThe media doesn't care about facts, if your angry your paying attention, if your afraid your paying attention and that attention makes them large sums of money. Thats why all the information is so misleading, because if they pointed out that she was on the warrant, that she was involved in several crimes (aiding them), then that doesn't sound as bad and then you blow it off. But because you don't get all the facts they can keep pushing this incident which would have been a single day of reporting and spread it over months and still keep peoples attention.
@TonyMetal___86 bro you’re annoying as fuck. Go harass someone else
@Lyndsielee666 No, love, I have not. But i have Read a lot on it and on the news... Very sad for everyone. xx
I know, Tiger... No Denny's or Golden Coral for Anyone this Holiday.:((xx
