@RickPen You're entitled to your own opinion, but based on my experience especially in the military and with commercial logistics, mind-altering substances should not be anywhere near the workplace, nor should employees be under their influences while on the clock.

Also, using the same logic of worker safety and performance, we should not hire people who have sleep disorders, PTSD, or several kinds of mental disorders as they are equally as dangerous as someone under the influence of a drug.
if they legalize marijuana. then why not also legalize brothels to some degree. so sex workers have a safe place to do their work. while having regular testing and security on site to stop abusers.
