you must be high
@ChefPapiChulo Nope, just well informed. Point to what he has done that is illegal, point to anything that I have stated that isn't correct in fact (and then ignore all the evidence I give in response because you don't actually care about the facts only your ideology (this is how it always ends up).
Assuming things is wrong. There is no evidence, it is over.
@ChefPapiChulo No evidence? So 138 sworn testimonies (which if they are lying they will be arrested for purgory) isn't evidence? The PROVEN dead people votes isn't evidence? The multiple failures of the dominion systems which have by admission gave trump votes to biden isn't evidence? The court documented, democrat admited, video taped barring of republican representatives from being able to meaningfully observe the ballots as per federal law isn't evidence? The recounts that have uncovered thousands of Trump votes that were mysteriously not counted is not evidence? The 10,000 votes in Pennyslvania that were for trump being deducted from him for seemingly no reason isn't evidence? The video taped evidence and multiple whistleblowers showing that the USPS was back dating ballots and giving them over isn't evidence? The video taped evidence of democrats putting poster board over windows in their counting facilities so no one can see what they are doing after hundreds of people show up carrying bags, briefcases, coolers, and luggage enter the facility with no security checking to make sure nothing illegal is going on isn't evidence? I don't think you know what the definition of evidence is.
@ChefPapiChulo Also you don't know what assumptions are either. Also biden has yet to be elected so no, its not "over", by definition its not over until biden is elected which has not happened yet.
that's a typical election. What you and other Trump supporters are talking about is fraud on a large scale. And there's no evidence to support that. Trump however did lose by millions of votes. And he lost the popular vote on the last election too, the only reason he won was because the other candidate was hillary clinton.
@ChefPapiChulo First off, that is not a typical election, this is highly atypical hence the DOJ investigating it. Second, if it was "typical", that would in no way shape or form alter the fact that this is clear signs of fraud and complete failure of the election system which would still need to be investigated. Also we don't know how many votes Trump got because we keep finding thousands of votes that were mysteriously not counted (currently I believe its at over 10,000 votes just from the few counties they are reviewing and this is just from the issues of the Dominion systems (which has a long history of accusations of fraud against it. So again, what your saying is not correct.
People are human. They will cheat for their favorite candidate. It’s really simple buddy, so take a second and soak that in. Stop repeating yourself and use some logic.
Typical (50 years worth of) elections have been decided before the 10th November. 2000, with less than 1000 vote difference in one remaining state was the exception. The DoJ is not investigating this election; in fact an official resigned and many more complained about being expected to change their behaviour from previous elections by Barr. Oh, and "a long history of accusations of fraud" could equally well apply to Trump, so I guess they're all real, too?
@goaded the election is over. Biden won by landslide because people are sick of trump. Yet you have these few stragglers who live in their delusions that trump was cheated. And there’s still a chance for him.
@ChefPapiChulo I wish it were "just a few stragglers", but it's 32% of the American people, 77% of Trump supporters (or was it Republicans?). The problem is that almost no Republicans are speaking up for the truth or democracy.
@goaded you know whats crazy? trump doesn't have to give over the presidency. he can stay in office and in power.
@ChefPapiChulo No, he can't. As of 20th January, 12:00, he's no longer president.
@goaded he really can. There any laws a president can break. He could stay in office and refuse to give up his power. Or are you not aware about that? These trumptards would support it too.
Yes the Left for the Past 4 years:Our elections were hacked because Trump won, even though there is no evidence!2020:It doesn't matter that our elections were hacked because they were against Trump!
@genuinlysensitive No. In 2016 there was interference from Russia (confirmed by a Senate report, including multiple contacts between Russian intelligence and the Trump campaign), the election was unfair, in that the person who got the most votes didn't win (again), but NOBODY said there was massive voter fraud or called the voting system into doubt, let alone tried to wield political power to overturn the election. You would be so much better off with a instant runoff voting system for president, with dozens of people running. The result would be a someone almost everyone could live with, and never an extreme nutcase.
@ChefPapiChulo Some one like you should really not be telling others to use logic. So cheating is normal, your a democrat and your saying cheating is normal? Well conservatives don't think that should be normal (which is why only conservatives are pushing for laws to fix these problems and democrats like these gaping holes in election security). Second your claiming trump is doing something wrong by contesting an election that had cheating in it, that you have ADMITTED has fraud and cheating in it, and that because he says that that is wrong and shouldn't be happening, he should be imprisoned for it? And your saying that I should think logically? I'm sorry, maybe you need to stop for a moment and let all of that sink in, maybe try to get yourself together because your cognitive dissonance is showing.
@genuinlysensitive Yeah these people are insane. I mean they are literally claiming Trump is doing something wrong by following the law, quite literally stating that the election was not legitimate but its okay because their candidate won (possibly through rigging the election and paying enough people off (highly likely given the evidence)), and that Trump, despite them admitting that the election was rigged, that it was not legitimate, should concede and not put up a fight. That is a level of either stupid or egotism that is unheard of, because you have to be stupid to think that makes sense or you have to be so egotistical and corrupt to think that it shouldn't matter if you blatantly lied and cheated. They are insane.
Are you on drugs?
@ChefPapiChulo Nope, never touch drugs or alcohol, but clearly you are. Everything you state is a contradiction of your own statements and/or reality but still you believe it with a fervor that is clearly misplaced. You have presented an argument that their is no evidence of fraud and then when presented with evidence of fraud you say fraud happens all the time (which one is it, did it not happen or does it happen all the time?) and that we should simply allow it to happen and let it go but also imprison trump for fighting against it through the legal process (which one is it, is fraud acceptable or not?). Everything you say and do is a contradiction, you have no values, no character because everything you are is about getting what you want hence your lack of consistency.
What you’re claiming is fraud on a grand scale. What I’m telling you is that fraud does happen on a local level. But trump lost by several million votes. It was a landslide victory for Biden.
@ChefPapiChulo I never claimed fraud on a grand scale. I said a select few states have massive inconsistencies and rule violations and provable fraud. Michigan, Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania specifically that we know of. That is four states (and not even the entire state) out of fifty. That is not massive fraud so I'm not sure why you keep trying to claim that I am claiming massive fraud. Massive fraud wouldn't be necessary as blue states would always go to biden, red states would always go against him, its only the swing states that would be required for biden or others to try and commit fraud their to swing an election. That is the exact opposite of wide spread or major fraud, that is selective and precise fraud. Which again, has been proven (the only question is to what extent).
I don’t know what you’re trying to say exactly. I’m not going to discuss this with you anymore. I’m going to agree to disagree
@ChefPapiChulo: You claim Biden ein in a landslide? You’ll believe anything that goaded tells you. Funny how you two conveniently forget how the Democrats have never accepted the 2016 election loss. They threatened members of the electoral college and pushed the Russia collusion lie while using opposition „research“ paid for by Hillary Clinton that originated at least in part with Russia, attempted impeachment as well as using a special prosecutor under false pretenses. And there was Obama and the Democrats running a shadow government. No one in their right mind believes Biden won in a landslide, even if they think he won. And no one can claim the Democrats ever accepted their 2016 loss (or their 2000 or 2004 election losses, either).
@Avicenna he lost by 4 %
@Avicenna I just believe what Kellyanne Conway says: twitter.com/.../803336493469204481Of course, this time it's supported by a 6 million popular vote lead for the president-elect, rather than nearly 3 million fewer in 2016."Kellyanne Conway Verified Account@KellyannePolls306. Landslide. Blowout. Historic. twitter. com/cnnpolitics/st…12:35 pm - 28 Nov 2016 "
The race wasn't won, why would he admit defeat? You don't get half way through an election then just decide to quit, that doesn't make sense.
@hellionthesagereborn you raise a good point. It’s unlikely he could prevail at this point, but not impossible.
Exactly. You can't decide a win until some one has actually won. Its not likely, but it is still possible and as long as he continues not violating the law, he has every right to keep trying (just as biden would if the roles were reversed).

Not at all. The U. S. Justice Dept. has illegal 2016 campaign use of funds that Trump authorized. It is not impeachable but only can only be charged when Trump is out of office. It will be great. Lots of others will be taking Trump to court too. It will be great!!!
@Asker.. Doubt it.. Also that would be impeachment if he authorized illegal campaign funds.. But if he had done thst it would have been all over the news, so I doubt he did anything like that.. Plus he is a billionaire.. What does he need illegal campaign funds for? 😂😂😂.. And I doubt they will do anything to Trump because they can't.. If they could they would have done it a loooong time ago.. So you can get that false hope of Trump goin to Prison outta yo head.. Joe Biden and Hilary Clinton should be prison but here they are still out and about and Hilary even ran for President.. So yeah.
Trump has over 20 sexual assault allegations against him. How is he the good guy?
All Things Considered he's nothing like the scumbags on the left you want me to start talking about all the things that they do. You guys kill babies what could be worse than that
@Virgo31 allegations are meaningless without proof. none of those allegations have proofi mean you have a dozen sexual assault allegations against you but does that make any of them true?
@007kingifrit um I have no sexual assault allegations against me what are you talking about? And plus @larson7 you don't kill the baby if the baby hasn't even formed yet. I'm for restricted abortion, you have a certain time frame from when you can abort, a certain amount of times you can abort, and people who wait nine months to abort disgust me unless they were planning to have the baby but something dangerous came up. Next when you think about it abortion is the best way to go, if the mother didn't want the baby when she carried it then what makes you think she'll change when the baby's born? She'll just neglect the child which is very harmful, plus if you think about our child adoption services because that's a common excuse pro lifers use, our adoption services aren't that great. Kids wait most of their lives to even get close to someone wanting them plus half the time these children get placed in the hands of abusers.
@Virgo31 you have dozens of sexaul assault allegations against you, i accuse you
Virgo u haven't looked at many ultra sounds I see. Have to tag out here to Professor Knight.
Have you been alive for 4 years. Trump is the worst ever. It will take over a year to undo the damages. Trump gave China a huge bump with getting us out of TPP and his fake tariff deal. It is costing Americans more money now and China is benefiting without being tied to the TPP deal with other nations keeping them in check. Ya you do not understand what Trump did at all and believe his lies instead of facts. wow
And what damage would that be? Give me specifics. What what damage was done? Are you talking about the record low unemployment for minorities as well as overall? Or was it the bustling economy that we had? I mean I know that left-wingers see failure as success but that's really not how reality works. If you're going to talk and run your mouth then you need to back it up. I'll be waiting
Lol not one of Trump's lies of fraud is true. Guess you do not believe in facts or follow news. Trump's lawyers could not provide one once of evidence in any state. LOL Wow, you are something. The felonies will come from the South New York Federal Justice Office for illegal use of campaign funds from 2016. It will be great to see Trump in court and spending all his money fighting all of the court cases besides this. :) Sweet justice. Lock Trump up!
I asked, what felonies particularly? What felonies is the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York (not the "South New York Federal Justice Office") pursuing? What was the illegal use of campaign funds? What were the funds, and in what way did he use them illegally? And what are the felony statutes under which they're prosecuting him? You don't know, because there aren't any. Uninformed "Lols" will not win a specious argument for you. What are Trump's "lies of fraud?" He's in court now prosecuting the elements of his case, point by point. These points were laid out in detail in a press conference Thanksgiving night. Nothing has been proven or disproven yet. That's why you go to court. That's why you appeal. They aren't "lies" just because you disagree with them. Guess you don't know what facts are, and you follow the "news" that doesn't actually report news, they just advocate for the left. And even they're getting tired of doing that.Hollywood laid off hundreds of thousands of workers on Wednesday. The news media's next.
We will see Trump having to spend all his money on legal fees. It will be great!!!
thehill.com/.../526061-juan-williams-defeated-trump-is-in-legal-perilJuan Williams: Defeated Trump is in legal perilBY JUAN WILLIAMS, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 11/16/20 06:00 AM ESTCome January 20, Donald Trump will step out of office. And he better watch his step.He could end up in jail.No president has ever gone to jail. But Trump is pushing his luck. His biggest risk is a guilty verdict if a case comes out of the criminal probe being led by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance.Vance is looking at “extensive and protracted criminal conduct at the Trump Organization,” according to court documents. The alleged criminal acts took place before Trump became president. That means Trump can’t hide behind executive privilege or a federal pardon.“Vance... is free to go after Trump not as a crooked president but as a common crook who happened to get elected president,” Jeff Wise recently wrote in New York Magazine. The case centers on Trump possibly lying about his finances on official business records. That includes, allegedly, falsely describing a payment to silence a porn star as a legal expense. Proof that Trump signed off on that kind of financial deception could lead to a more serious charge — tax fraud. If he is found guilty of tax fraud charges, there is no escaping the threat of serious jail time.(more)
The DA has already won court approval to access Trump’s tax returns. That could be trouble. The man who says he is a billionaire somehow paid no federal income taxes in 10 of the 15 years preceding the 2016 election, and only $750 in such taxes in 2016 and 2017, according to The New York Times.Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer — who ended up in jail for lying — and Trump’s accountant, Allen Weisselberg, are both reportedly cooperating in some of the cases against him.If he is convicted in the Vance case, Trump will have the chance to get used to a style of government housing quite different from the White House. Then there is a second, separate tax fraud investigation spearheaded by Letitia James, the New York State Attorney General.Even without the prospect of jail time in this case, Trump risks being hit with big fines.James is looking into whether Trump illegally inflated the value of his assets to get loans. He may also have misled officials by lowering the value of his real estate holdings to reduce his taxes.Eric Trump, the president’s son, was deposed in this case in October.Trump already owes more than $300 million to banks and creditors. He will have to repay that money or renegotiate the terms of the loans in the next four years. The Internal Revenue Service is also challenging him over a tax refund. A loss in that case could leave him owing another $100 million. Then the question becomes, what would an ex-president do to pull in that much cash?(more)
There is always the possibility that Trump could star in a television show. He might even start his own media company to pay bills. It was widely reported that his backup plan if he lost the 2016 election was to launch a “Trump TV” operation. But it looks like he will be busy in court for a long time.Oh, don’t forget, there are also defamation suits brought by two women who claim Trump sexually assaulted them. The women are taking Trump to court for saying they lied. A loss in those cases could drain him of more money. In the short run, the biggest risk to Trump in those cases is embarrassment. E. Jean Carroll, a magazine writer, has the right to get DNA from Trump to see if he stained a dress she said she wore when he allegedly raped her.“Trump has famously survived one impeachment, two divorces, six bankruptcies, twenty-six accusations of sexual misconduct, and an estimated four thousand lawsuits,” Jane Mayer wrote in The New Yorker before Trump lost his bid for reelection. “Few people have evaded consequences more cunningly. That run of good luck may well end, perhaps brutally, if he loses to Joe Biden.”Well, he lost.Trump leaves office as one of only five incumbent U. S. presidents to lose reelection bids in the last 100 years. He goes back to private life with a majority of the country — 54 percent according to the latest Fox News poll — disapproving of his job performance as president. This is not exactly the kind of high esteem that could help in front of a jury. And don’t forget, some Democrats still hunger for congressional investigations into his conduct as president.Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) has proposed a “presidential crimes commission” to untangle and investigate some of Trump’s questionable actions as president. But that carries grave political risk for Democrats.(more)
In his victory speech, President-elect Biden said “this is the time to heal in America.”Yes, the country needs healing. But honesty and accountability are part of national healing. The greatest test of one of the founding principles of American life — no man is above the law in this country — will be on trial if Trump ends up in court. It’s increasingly plausible that Trump’s greatest legacy could be as proof that even a man who held the highest office can end up in jail. ---Juan Williams is an author, and a political analyst for Fox News Channel.
The felonies will come from the South New York Federal Justice Office for illegal use of campaign funds from 2016. It will be great to see Trump in court and spending all his money fighting all of the court cases besides this. Sweet justice. Lock Trump up!
Again, it's beyond ironic for Democrats to talk about criminal behavior.
This was investigated by Republicans moron. Nothing there. smh lol
This is just another coup attempt, with massive voter fraud and a media willing to cover it up!
This is not political it is legal with the Southern New York District of the Justice Dept. They have the evidence ready since 2018. They cannot arrest until he is out of office.
It is absolutely a political hit job. They tried indicting him while in office, showing without a doubt, political motivation.
You really do not understand the damage Trump has done. Sad. It will be corrected thank goodness very quickly by people who actually know what they are doing to help America's future.
Yeah, it’s been horrible having low gas prices, high incomes, high stock market, low unemployment, withdrawal from horrible treaties and trade deals, standing up to China, exposing the media for the buffoons they are, lower taxes, and healthier air. How will we recover from a president who operated with America as the first priority?
We would like to do it properly but the democrats won't let us. They keep saying that any kind of election security is "racist" like voter ID laws, in person voting etc. In fact they wanted mail in ballots despite the fact that we knew they were prone to fraud and would be yet another hole in our election security (its almost as if they want our election security to be shit). They also kicked out all the conservative ballot watchers and wouldn't le them into counting facilities in their districts (but still claim their was no fraud and we should just trust them for, "reasons".).
I know man, it's shady looking as hell from an outside perspective
Well, good that it looks shady to some one else (you start to wonder if your the crazy one after being surrounded by it for so long), terrible that its so obviously shady to every one else because that means its not bias on my part (didn't think it was but you never know).
The courts have already thrown out the cases due to NO EVIDENCE. So funny Trumpos believe his lies up to the very end. The felonies will come from the South New York Federal Justice Office for illegal use of campaign funds from 2016. It will be great to see Trump in court and spending all his money fighting all of the court cases besides this. Sweet justice. Lock Trump up!
No they haven't. Trump just won one of his three lawsuits in Pennsylvania. Other lawsuits which were not filed by trump were in some cases sucessful however most were thrown out not because of "no evidence" but because they were calls to stop counts until a republican representative could be their to observe the ballots which is time sensitive and in many cases the holds were to late in coming so the counts had already finished. In other cases like in Michigan one was retracted because the comission said they would not certify until recounts occured. So no, what your saying is not correct (but the far left sure wants it to be (they are terrified of what might be found (they have already found thousands of votes for Trump that just happened to not get counted, you know, because "reasons").
Also you can't charge a person with a felony unless they have commited a felony (this seems to be something that goes over the lefts head, hence them impeaching trump despite not actually having any stated reason for doing so, because you think you can punish people simply because they don't do what you want).
I keep seeing people bring up lots of evidence. A sworn statement is evidence... Derp
Of course the “fake news” defense
@R3DthatDude These guys use a very simple test for determining what is fake news and what is real newsIf it’s bad for Trump, or said by anybody who doesn’t support Trump = Fake NewsIf it is good for Trump, said by Trump, or one of his supporters = Real News See! Now you can tell the difference too. You are so very welcome. /s
@R3DthatDude i can't list any other defence; noone has made a specific claim go ahead and name a law you think he has broken
@UCrayCray no that's how you view news, not us. we view correct accurate non one sided news
Sadly, I know you truly believe that. 😞
@UCrayCray the science is very clear, right wingers have a more balanced media dietleft wingers ONLY watch left wing news journals.sagepub.com/.../2158244019832705 prove me wrong; what right wing news do you watch?guess you leftists hate the science tho
Well done in using a credible source. I don’t see that very often around here. For the record though, it doesn’t say that the left wingers ONLY watch left wing news. It actually says that those on the left are less likely to watch opposing news. While I award you points for trying to word it to better support your point of view, you win the prize for then taking your own conclusions and calling them science. Bloody brilliant, if not totally dishonest. That being said, I am not a “leftist” and I don’t get my news from targeted algorithms on Facebook and Twitter.
@UCrayCray so in conclusion you interpret my words in any overly semantic way and don't retract your original statement that "these guys only call anything they don't like fake news"thus your tacit defence of the claim that trump broke any laws is... fake
"... SDNY definitively indicated that Trump conspired with Cohen to commit the felony crime of campaign finance fraud"www.nbcnews.com/.../sdny-prosecutors-indicate-cohens-cooperation-they-have-enough-evidence-charge-ncna946641"In recent court filings and in open court, President Donald Trump has been identified as “Individual-1” in a federal criminal probe. Based on court documents, it also seems reasonably clear that the president — by whatever name you call him — is deeply (and perhaps criminally) implicated in federal election law crimes committed by his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen. As a recent filing by Manhattan federal prosecutors notes, “Individual-1” (the president) directed Cohen to make payments to two women to conceal his sexual relationship with them. Cohen admitted that this conduct was a crime — indeed, Cohen pled guilty to it in a Manhattan federal courtroom and was sentenced Wednesday to three years in prison."www.nbcnews.com/.../michael-cohen-named-trump-individual-1-here-s-why-prosecutors-ncna947016
What do you mean when you say I “interpret my (your) words in any overly semantic way?” I never claim Trump broke the law.
@goaded here are 3 reasons campaign finance violations are not a charge you can get trump on1. the statute of limitations is 3 years. that was 4 or 5 years ago now2. the law starts with the 2 words "whosoever knowingly" meaning you must prove the person actually knew the law. this law is designed to target lawyers basically; nobody else, ignorance of the law is LITERALLY an affirmative legal defence3. campaign finance violations require you to take an action that you do not normally take for the purpose of winning an election. because trump pays women for their silence even when not campaigning it is impossible to say he did this specifically because he is running for officeand what idiot reads nbc news? they don't give you the depth of analysis my news sources do which is why i have such a detailed understanding of the law and you don't
So, your argument is not that he didn't break the law, but more "he got away with it, and there's nothing you can do"? And, also, factually incorrect:"Title 52-VOTING AND ELECTIONS Subtitle III-Federal Campaign Finance CHAPTER 301-FEDERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGNS SUBCHAPTER II-GENERAL PROVISIONS§30145. Period of limitations(a) No person shall be prosecuted, tried, or punished for any violation of subchapter I of this chapter, unless the indictment is found or the information is instituted within 5 years after the date of the violation."The rest is undoubtably as ignorant as that.uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml
Yes, Trump and all of his criminal friends in jail that will get pardons are all fake news stories. Wow you really are in alternative universe like Trump. lol We will see you hero spend all of his money on legal fees. It will be fantastic!!!
No, 32% of Americans might, but 99% of people know it's not true.
@goaded When dead people vote, fraud exists.
@Dweezil Except they didn't. The fraud is in saying lots of them did.
I hate to tell you it has been proven that in sets where ballots were mailed statewide a number of DEAD PEOPLE DID VOTE
@Dweezil Well, by definition, none did... What "number" had people cast votes for them? One? Two? Twenty? Which state?
@goaded If one dead person voted or one illegal or noncitizen voted, that is voter fraud. Fraud has nothing to do with volume.
@Dweezil Of course it does. You don't throw out the votes of millions because two people committed voter fraud. There's a reason re-counts are only held when the vote difference is very, very small. The New York Post reported on two cases of dead people having had votes cast for them. Of course they made a big deal out of one of them being a lifelong Democrat, but her living daughter, who lives at the address the ballot was sent to, is a registered Republican. Which one voted, do you think? Should all the millions of votes in that district be thrown out because of that?
Yes, Biden was able to cheat over 6 million more votes than Trump. lol You are just as dumb as Trump in math.
Grab em by the pussy LOL
He cannot pardon himself for crimes. lol Reps think he will be able to in order to protect their supporting him and then watching him for years in court and hopefully time in jail.
Trump will need it to pay off all the legal fees and his campaign debt since the courts are deciding with prejudice which means Trump lawyers have to pay court costs for wasting their time. It is great!
@ChefPapiChulo None, just questions.
Still waiting lol In every state with all the legal filings not one piece of evidence. So funny.
So funny when you are a fat black Muslim woman.
So your saying he would take the... cowards... way out?
Coward huh? So what would be the brave thing to do? Submit himself to your mercy as you call to tar and feather him in front a a jeering crowd? Admit it you're only saying that because you wouldn't get the satisfaction of seeing him humiliated
Your 100% right. I want trump to for one time in his life have to face consequences and feel true humiliation. This guy has lived a life of luxury his whole life and probably have never had to face responsibility for his actions before. I think for once, he should truly have to answer for all the hateful things he's done and face defeat like a man.
... God you people make me wanna throw up.
Every action you take is fueled by nothing but hatred and spite.
Do you believe that or where you told to believe that?
Lets just say I've gotten to the point where I've grown to detest both the left and the right, view American politics as a pathetic joke thats only worth mentioning as a punchline, and you know maybe the Chinese have a point that the average person simply cannot be trusted to vote impartially.
True. I can see him doing that too.
Google "Individual-1", and "SDNY Trump".
I'm not googling anything. I'm asking YOU! But that's right. You can't tell me because there are no felonies.
""SDNY is lining all of them up, right?" Mystal explained. "When Cohen said Trump was inflating his assets to get a loan to buy the Buffalo Bills, Michael Cohen wasn't trying to buy the Buffalo Bills, Donald Trump was. Do you know what the statute of limitations is on bank fraud that apparently happened in 2014? It's 10 years.""
Nothing there. Amazing how you unhinged sheeple just keep going and going and going. I mean after all, Trump was impeached because he made a phone call about out newly elected criminal president. But that's okay, right?
He was impeached because he asked a foreign country to announce a sham investigation into his political opponent. The next president will be entitled to declassify the recording...
No sham. Difference between sheeple like you and free thinking Americans like me is facts actually matter. What goes around comes around. Be ready for a wild 2024.
Not gonna happen. And you're in for a big surprise in 2022 and 2024. So get your order in for TDS meds early. You're gonna need em.
why is it always the super old people who can only communicate in pictures and jokes? you old people have no idea how to use social media, you're totally uninformed
A picture is worth a thousand words dumbass... i look forward to that assclown being bubbas bitch.
Actually, he can't... State charges are immune to Presidential pardons which only apply to crimes "against the United States" (meaning the Federal Government). As to "Self-pardons" for Federal crimes, two things:1. Trump was impeached and his self-pardon might be considered void because of that; pardon power is void regarding impeachments.2. Almost certainly, the US Supreme Court would immediately rule on this. Considering that the US Justice Department has a memorandum stating that self-pardons are void, they would file a strong amicus brief against them. However, what could also happen is that the House (which is still under Democratic control) would immediately impeach him again for abuse of the pardoning power... and that then prevents the use of the pardoning power because Trump is being impeached, so his self-pardon is void.
https://www.justice.gov/file/20856/downloadTITLE: Presidential or Legislative Pardon of the PresidentUnder the fundamental rule that no one may be a judge in his own case, the President cannot pardon himself. If under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment the President declared that he was temporarily unable to perform the duties of the office, the Vice President would become Acting President and as such could pardon the President. Thereafter the President could either resign or resume the duties of his office.Although as a general matter Congress cannot enact amnesty or pardoning legislation, because to do so would interfere with the pardoning power vested expressly in the President by the Constitution, it could be argued that a congressional pardon granted to the President would not interfere with the President’s pardoning power because that power does not extend to the President himself.August 5, 1974... (read the document for more details...)
No trump wasn't impeached. You require both house and senate to be impeached. Also what crimes are you imagining he committed
Trump WAS impeached. He wasn't removed from office during the Senate trial.
President Trump and the Trump Organization are being looked at by New York County (that is, Manhattan) for fraud and tax evasion.=====www.nytimes.com/.../trump-taxes.htmlTITLE: As Soon as Trump Leaves Office, He Faces Greater Risk of ProsecutionSUBTITLE: The president is more vulnerable than ever to an investigation into his business practices and taxes.By William K. Rashbaum and Benjamin WeiserPublished Nov. 13, 2020Updated Nov. 14, 2020President Trump lost more than an election last week. When he leaves the White House in January, he will also lose the constitutional protection from prosecution afforded to a sitting president. After Jan. 20, Mr. Trump, who has refused to concede and is fighting to hold onto his office, will be more vulnerable than ever to a pending grand jury investigation by the Manhattan district attorney into the president’s family business and its practices, as well as his taxes. The two-year inquiry, the only known active criminal investigation of Mr. Trump, has been stalled since last fall, when the president sued to block a subpoena for his tax returns and other records, a bitter dispute that for the second time is before the U. S. Supreme Court. A ruling is expected soon.Mr. Trump has contended that the investigation by the district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., a Democrat, is a politically motivated fishing expedition. But if the Supreme Court rules that Mr. Vance is entitled to the records, and he uncovers possible crimes, Mr. Trump could face a reckoning with law enforcement — further inflaming political tensions and raising the startling specter of a criminal conviction, or even prison, for a former president....
Again no, to be impeached you require a passing vote in both the house and the senate. Speaking of impeachment are we going to have an impeachment hearing for premiere biden since he's the one who actuaky committed the crime they tried to impeach trump for. Or does he get a pass because he's a Democrat?
Again, no, you apparently don't understand the workings of the US Federal Government. From the US Senate's official website:www.senate.gov/reference/Index/Impeachment.htmIf a federal official commits a crime or otherwise acts improperly, the House of Representatives may impeach—formally charge—that official. If the official subsequently is convicted in a Senate impeachment trial, he is removed from office.history.house.gov/.../List of Individuals Impeached by the House of Representatives...Individual: Donald J. Fraud and conspiracy in NY.
It sounds crazy until you factor in smoking crack
How about we start with the ones who broke the law?
@goaded like I said lock all of them up.
He also smokes crack because his father is a loser
Joe Biden is a rapist and a racist
None of them broke laws. Did you forget over 15 of Trump's closest friends went to jail over the 4 years? Trump has charges waiting for him once he is out of office. It will be fantastic!!!
True. That is why he lost. His horrible disposition and ego.
Tax fraud, election finance...
@goaded there aren't even accusations of tax fraud, and i just explained to you elsewhere why campaign finance is not a real charge to anyone who... knows the law1. the statute of limitations is 3 years. that was 4 or 5 years ago now2. the law starts with the 2 words "whosoever knowingly" meaning you must prove the person actually knew the law. this law is designed to target lawyers basically; nobody else, ignorance of the law is LITERALLY an affirmative legal defence3. campaign finance violations require you to take an action that you do not normally take for the purpose of winning an election. because trump pays women for their silence even when not campaigning it is impossible to say he did this specifically because he is running for office
@007kingifrit 5 years (oops), and SDNY would beg to differ. Telling one tax system one value for something and another a different one is tax fraud.
@goaded but only 3 years in new york... good jobyou also ignored my other 2 arguments in favor of a blind faith in the SDNY, they are a corrupt institution; i find the leftists have trouble realizing an institution is corrupt
@007kingifrit Trump's been so free with his tax returns, there's obviously nothing there.
@goaded he doesn't have to be free with them, they are tax RETURNS meaning the IRS already had them and gave them to trump. if there was anything illegal in them the IRS would have said so years ago and done something about itthis is just the wishful thinking of idiots who don't understand what tax returns are
@007kingifrit Maybe it's different in the USA, but in the UK, your tax return is the form the revenue send to you and you return with the details of your income, etc.Oh, wait, it's the same in the USA, and you don't seem to know what you're talking about, yet again."Tax returns in the United States are reports filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or with the state or local tax collection agency (California Franchise Tax Board, for example) containing information used to calculate income tax or other taxes. Tax returns are generally prepared using forms prescribed by the IRS or other applicable taxing authority."What he's done is report different numbers for the value of assets depending on who he's reporting to, or if he needed a loan. That's called fraud.
@goaded tax returns are a recepit of what you paid. the government already has all the infoits blatant fantasy conspiracy nonsense to imply they could contain fraud and that the government didn't already know. if there was fraud it would have been addressed years ago
@goaded i notice you also abbandoned your campaign finance whining. because i debunked it
@007kingifrit No, you're completely wrong. Have you never filed a tax return? Or heard the term "filed a tax return"?As to campaign finance, you're completely wrong."There is nothing to prevent a president from being indicted after he leaves office. The statute of limitations on campaign finance violations stands at five years, meaning Trump could be charged were he to leave office following the 2020 election, at the start of 2021."www.newsweek.com/doanld-trump-criminal-charges-2020-indicted-1251171
@goaded once again you didn't respond to points 2 and 3 from my list of why trump didn't break any campaign finance lawsyou just bark "you're wrong" all over the place since you can't argue
@007kingifrit You might have an argument, if you weren't wrong. Statute of limitations on federal campaign finance laws is 5 years.
@goaded Yes, the charges will stick now since he will be out of office in time. It will be great to see Trump spend so much money for attorneys with all of the other court cases too. I hope Trump spends time in jail but he might get off with probation at home. :(
He's had covid-19, he'd be safe in prison!
@goaded still ignored points 2 and 3. neither of which pertain to statute of limitations at all
@007kingifrit When point one was obviously incorrect, how much time should I have wasted on 2 and 3? Do you concede the fact that the statute of limitations is 5 years, not 3?Point 2: assumes the person already convicted of that crime didn't tell Trump it would be illegal.Point 3: someone's already gone to prison, convicted of campaign finance violations on Trump's behalf.Since we're talking about ignoring what the other's talking about, what did you say about his tax fraud crimes?
Oh, never mind that last bit, I see we did that a week or so ago.
@goaded point 2: you have to prove this, but we already know the only conservation between them on the subject said "take care of it" trump has not taken the BAR. you must take the bar to be guilty of this essentiallypoint 3: cohen is a known liar and took a plea deal on more serious charges specifically designed to go after trump. there is no evidence campaign finance violations actually happened. only cohen's word. but cohen has already been convicted of lying to law enforcement other times so his testimony is not credible
@007kingifrit You know statements are treated differently in court, depending on whether it would help or hurt you? People don't tell lies that would get them locked up.
@goaded "people don't tell lies that would get them locked up" uuuuuuuh how ignorant are you? of course they do. you just love to instantly decide to trust everything that suits your partisan agenda
@genuinlysensitive I didn’t know Biden was accused of rape.
@UCrayCray the law doesn’t know left or right. Only justice
@ChefPapiChuloAnd your Proof of this is?
Not my proof. Several women have come out to accuse him. Of course he is innocent until proven guilty. As for fraud and conspiracy, his hometown is building a case against him.
@ChefPapiChulo I don’t believe for one second that justice is applied fairly, but it’s more of a rich poor thing then a left right thing. However, I was simply addressing the claim of leftest projection. I find it so funny that they keep insinuating that Biden is some rapist when Trump is the one who has actually been accused of rape. A little fact they like to pretend doesn’t exist.
@UCrayCray I meant to tag the other dude
@ChefPapiChulo Fair enough
@ChefPapiChulo: So vague accusations must be believed without proof if they’re made against a political opponent. So how would you handle such accusations being made against you? The rumor was that Trump (legally) paid very little in the way of taxes. That isn’t tax evasion. But after Harry Reid falsely accused Mitt Romney of that in 2012, I don’t believe any Democrat‘s claim on that without proof. Incidentally, leaking someone’s tax information is a crime. So what’s the fraud and conspiracy about? I guess that‘s the latest Democratic attempt to persecute a political opponent after the Russia collusion investigation predictably turned up nothing. But you’ve already convicted him because you don’t like his politics. Reminds me that the Nazis did that to relatives of mine in 1933.
dude wtf are you talking about
@ChefPapiChulo: I should ask you the same thing. The Democrats didn’t have a problem with Trump when he was giving them money and/or was a Democrat.
i'm telling you that he's been accused of sexual assault by many women, who share the same story. And he's been accused of tax fraud, and according to many news outlets, will be charged with crimes. are you daft?
@ChefPapiChulo: And you believe everything you hear and read? That’s why I ask about evidence, especially given the intending list of accusations that were proven false. There are people who would love to put him in jail, no doubt about that, but their accusations need to be proven, and we’ve seen tons of false ones in the past few years, so I’m skeptical. Show me the evidence, not just accusations.
Okay well that’s what court is for.
@ChefPapiChulo: Ah, but there‘s something called impeachment that can be used to remove a President who does actually commit the sort of crimes the Democrats are accusing Trump of, and being President doesn’t prevent someone from being prosecuted for sexual assault, so the claim that remaining in office protects Trump from being prosecuted is false. So much for that conspiracy theory. As for the claim „that’s what court is for“, if the allegation is going to be publicly made and treated as if it’s fact, then you‘d better be able to lay out evidence rather than saying it’s „only for court“.
The evidence is in his tax reports that are enough to warrant an investigation. You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. And he was impeached.
@ChefPapiChulo: Ah, but what was he impeached for? That had nothing to do with the allegations you’re making, not was it anything but political, and designed to protect corrupt Joe Biden, known for his groping. Now you say there is evidence in his tax reports that warrants investigation, What exactly is this evidence? And, again, it’s a federal crime to leak or publish someone’s tax information. Is this another Harry Reid-style lie? It’s you who has no clue what he’s talking about. But you’re happy to believe anything and send anyone to jail because you disagree with them politically.
The accusations are from before he was president. So he can’t be impeached for it. The tax evasion investigation is on going. I keep telling you the tax reports are the evidence. And you keep talking crazy about democrats this and democrats that.
@ChefPapiChulo: Quote the law that says a President cannot be impeached for alleged past actions. And has any federal official ever been impeached for conduct prior to taking office? Attempting to use false allegations which were used on the 2016 campaign trail for political purposes in order to persecute a political opponent is a violation of constitutional rights. Now you have opened up the possibility the Democrats would cheat in the election so they could persecute Trump.
There’s no laws a president can break while being president. The president can be pretty much a dictator. There’s only an ethical and moral guideline that a president shouldn’t break. But he can if he wants and no be tried in court.
@ChefPapiChulo: Thank goodness that isn’t true. The President isn’t above the law. The problem here is that the Democrats ate trying to criminalize political opposition.
@ChefPapiChulo there is no evidence of sexual assault or tax evasion. the IRS has had his tax returns for yearshim releasing them to the public has nothing to do with the government seeing them, the government has had them for years
@007kingifrit i dont see what your point is. His tax records are being investigated. who says he's guilty? i didn't.
@007kingifrit Well when he goes to court, i'm sure evidence will be provided. I'm not working on the case so i couldn't tell you. But he's been accused and will be facing charges.
@ChefPapiChulo i notice a fun little way you argueyou state things with certainty and then when questioned you say "well i'm not on the investigation "i" don't knowbut at that point you shouldn't have given an answer at all since you have no fucking clue by your own admission
@007kingifrit i never claimed to know. what i said is public knowledge.
@ChefPapiChulo you said "sexaul assault" and "tax fraud" you did not elaborate or clarify. therefore you said things with greater certainty than you knew. now you are backpedaling
@007kingifrit: Yeah, notice he said „accused and will be facing charges“. As if he knows something. What‘s the source for the claim of tax evasion?
you can look these up yourselves.
@ChefPapiChulo: Where did you see these claims? Ashamed to reveal your source? If you can’t back up what you claim, why should anyone believe you?
because its front page news? Its not me you have to believe.
@ChefPapiChulo: Then provide a link.
what am i writing a school paper? You asked like you haven't seen it on the news.
@ChefPapiChulo: I’ve seen claims that he didn’t pay much in Federal taxes because he took advantages of legal writeoffs/deductions. That‘s not tax evasion, which illegal. If you have a source that claims he’s being investigatedfir tax evasion, which is what you’re claiming, then let’s have it.But, hey, the media would never misrepresent, lie or be used to leak false claims, now would it?
well i wouldn't know, i dont assume things. But what is certain is he's being investigated. And many women have out to call him a rapist.
