So. Apparently, if the president dies or becomes unable to perform the duties of the Presidential Office prior to two years into the presidency, then an election is held again. The chosen VP doesn't automatically take office.

So if we jump on a conspiracy theory train for a second, conceivably, Biden will take office in January 2021 and then be declared incompetent, and then Trump and Harris would have a run-off and... Trump could win and be declared president again.

Ok, let's jump off the conspiracy theory train. Biden will be president in December 2021.

I don't know, their is so much corruption its hard to say if Trump can succeed (though he does seem to be on that path). However I hope its Trump and apart of me thinks it will be.

That said if Trump isn't able to win (though technically I think we have more then enough evidence to show that he did due to the eye witness accounts and video evidence of fraud that was commited by the democrats. The issue is more of whether or not the system is still uncorrupted enough to allow for justice to take place rather then whether or not fraud occured to begin with (it did)), Kamala Harris will be the one in power more likely in name as well as in fact but if not then in fact. Biden can barely tell were he is half the time and is clearly a puppet (he doesn't have the mental awareness to do his basic day to day life let alone run a country).

I definitely see Biden in the presidential position this time next year. That being said i see Harris in the last two years or last year taking power due to Biden having health complications whether that be in the form of coronavirus, flu, or simply just old age.


Of course we’ll have to wait and see.
To be honest I really don’t care who wins as long as the people get treated well, and as long as our government can come together by agreeing on what proper assistance for us as people can be provided then it’s whatever. Sadly however due to a ton of infighting, and straight up denial of the facts that people are dying and struggling I fear that no matter who became president they would still be an issue in Senate and we would still be just as screwed.

Biden will be president. Trump's lawsuits are being shutdown continuously and despite what the Trump supporters on this website are claiming the electoral college can't just vote as they see fit. They either have to vote in favor of the popular vote or pledge to vote for a certain candidate before the election.
