Exactly it's when the weather or time of day changes they fade away. I don't know why this isn't a safety issue for car manufacturers.
Yeah it does happen and I’ve had it happen once where I didn’t notice the car right away because of that so it is a wonder why there are not more accidents because of that color
Right like it just happened to me right now no accident though but I'm just annoyed cause I don't want an accident and it's a very popular car color if not the most. My car is blue
At least if they have their lights on automatically then you can see them

They are on
sounds to me like you got fogged headlights, that effects the brightness, have your headlights polished is my recommendation if they are fogged up, if not, maybe you have very low voltage on your headlights, can be the bulbs or the headlights, hopefully its the bulbs, try getting some LEDs
I see everyone getting leds, is that a new trend
I don't know but they are stronger, i dont see people with LEDs, maybe where you are, im guessing its because of the same problem as you, is it snowing or rainy or foggy cause if so it could explain why everyone there is getting LEDs
What is DRL's?
Daylight running lamps. Basically head lights are always on in some way shape or form
