So racial inequality what’s up with that?

As the title would suggest we are talking about racial inequality and what the deal is with that how do you feel would you agree that the culture of America is racially unequal do the policies/laws that are racially biased, and moreover will there ever be a day where we aren’t and what will that day look like in your opinion?

Absolutely. History teaches us a lot. Modern day publicly funded policing systems were partially funded by the KKK, and our system was initially designed to institutionalize Black men in prisons post-emancipation. The 13th amendment doesn’t outlaw slavery. It says “slavery... shall not be permitted except as punishment for a crime.” The goal was to put as many Black men in prisons for prison labour. The system hasn’t gone a structura reform since. And while yes, anti-discrimination measures and voting rights, and much mor have been granted a lot has been taken away via Nixon and COINTELPRO, and the Controlled Substances act, as well as through Reagan with his policing regulations and mistreatment around “the war on drugs”, Clinton with his three strikes and mandatory minimums. All of these affected Black people and other people of color in America. There pervasive history behind so much that hasn’t been taught. Just look at how people get treated. BLM protest in dc gets tear gassed and shot, Capitol building insurrection did not. I, as a Latina, have been affected plenty by racism, though not nearly as much as Black people. Through family visas (my family was denied a temporary visa to enter for my sisters wedding), police encounters (never had a positive one), and so much more. If IM affected, it’s much worse for Black people, and yes it is institutional

That laws although created for the betterment of us all may intern and Inadvertently disparage others of a different cultural demographic however unintended, and because of non-awareness of those issues and the initial side effect of those laws didn’t just continued to grow to this point of racial indifference?

So you’re telling me that if I make a law to not speed, for example; everyone follows the law but somehow different races are charged with a crime they didn’t commit?

So to answer that question would you agree that speed laws are very different from say trespassing laws just due to the fact that one involves an individual with them and him and or herself and the other involves a vehicle making an infraction? I have to start here so that way I can explain to you the difference both legally, statistically, and racially.

Well unfortunately the Supreme Court doesn’t agree on many occasions and has often switch laws due to the simple fact that the law is not just a law but depending on the foundation of what she was written it could be truly unconstitutional which is often more of the many reasons why state and federal courts have debates all the time about which jurisdiction should take the appropriate forwarded action in many cases that are contradictory to that effect. Making a legal precedents that not all laws are in fact created equal. The Jim Crowe laws being a great example of racial disparagement to a group of people that were dictated as citizens however were limited due to their social status due to slavery and could not afford many of the requirements set forth to vote at the time.

OK I wasn’t alive for the revolutionary war either it doesn’t change the fact that without it we would not be here currently it’s such a very important constitutional finding to how we do any of this so if that’s your argument then Up is down left is right in the ocean is actually the sky. Secondly they were overturned because it was proven to be wrong and unconstitutional to human being had they not been overturned we would still have slavery. So I’m having a hard time trying to legitimize that as a constructive comments because literally without these things having happened our society would not be as it is and they do said very important legal precedent that we still refer to when making laws today; Because of their historical significance as some of the first doctrines to deny the ill treatment of others. So if your argument is that none of these things are important because they happen to such a long time ago even though we reference them literally every single day then you really have no argument and this is a pointless discussion.

Guy I’m the one that made the question and asked you to validate that question you have not done so throughout this whole time in your response it is not me who is dictated to proof when you were the one answering the question.

You told me that you don’t believe my statement above was factual that you did not give any evidentiary finding as to why you believe it is non factual. All you said was “Because there's not A single law on the books that has a race tied to it.” Well I just shot that statement to shit but just in case you want an actual court case try Brown versus the Board of Education which directly reference race and non-factoring it when it comes to education. How about the Civil rights act instilled by Lyndon B. Johnson In the 60s, Or the voting rights act which halted actions to stop minorities from voting, Where are the fair housing act which affect upon discrimination and ended Discriminatory actions against those who are renting and we’re selling property which was directly created because of the disparagement against minorities in America and their right to rent and sell homes.

All of these pointed that race and discrimination as being the two largest points in the creation of those doctrines legally. So what now.
