so i had this dream last night., more like a nightmare. i was in a small town alone and people started to get sick. it started with vomiting and then they would go crazy. it sounds like a zombie flick but it wasn't zombies. it was crazed individuals.
it seemed ok because the riot started out in a big strip mall. i even joined in to look at what was going on. looting mostly, but it didn't stop there. people started killing others that weren't infected.
so the rest of the dream became an escape from this place sort of thing. the cops would show up in full force, and we'd have to hide or run, but it was a big force. not big enough to storm the grocery store inside because the crazies numbers were getting bigger.
and then i'd have to figure out how to escape. i'd sometimes get captured by the police because they didn't think i wasn't one of the crazies. i always escaped though because cops are retarded. and all along the way i'd have to try and save helpless people/kids at least temporarily.
what was crazy is that once i made it past an area i saw some hope. less cops, less crazies... but that also meant they were hiding out now.
i did the only thing i knew of to do. i went to the roof. this wasn't as easy as climbing a stairway. in order to get to the top i'd have to jump over to lesser buildings and climb through netted bridge ways that were body sized. it was very difficult.
at this point my brain realized this is a video game. however i've never experienced anything like this in my life or in a video game. so i'll tell you more
after getting to a safe space in the woods by the mini mall i noticed how bad this actually was. either everyone was dead or crazy, or hiding or fighting (police). bye now the military was showing up.
i didn't know what to do. either try and make my way to a policeman or soldier and get arrested or get killed by a crazy. at this point the little offense wasn't doing much better than the crazies because they were growing in size. i was wore at threat of being killed by a crazy than a cop. so you see my dilemma.
this is where the dream gets weird. after fighting off and defending people from crazed individuals. i realize how unequipped i am to do so. zombies bite, but the crazies wield anything they can find to kill someone. i honestly have never seen some of the weapons that were imagined.
and to forward the levels of my dream, i found a pattern to get ahead. i should stop there for now though. i can't believe i shared this. (coprywright 7.5)
Its a reasonable collection. A lot of gun owners take their guns with them to stop them being stolen. Personally if I thought I was going to a firefight id take less guns more ammo. I'd run an AR platform with maybe a backup that takes 5.56 STANAG magazines and maybe a glock and back up glock.

Where I live that’s pretty much what every man’s closet or gun safe looks like. You have Rifles for hunting dear, shotguns for hunting foul, handguns for protection and maybe an assault rifle or two... just because they are fun to shoot.
I don’t understand what the quantity of guns has to do with anything. Are you saying that it would be better if people were only allowed to have a set number of guns and a set amount of ammunition?
To me that sounds like your making criminals and tyrannical authoritarian governments safe, not people.

You mean this is all they found - at their house? Specifically, why is this a problem? It would one thing if they brought these guns WITH them to the Capitol chaos, but all I see is someone who has a decent collection of shooters. So what? How is this a "crime scene" pic? I thought the crime was at the Capitol, not their home.
Honestly, I don't understand how owning these guns is a problem. It's their $$. If they want to spend several thousand for this gun collection, so what.

I do. If the government became tyrannical, I want to know the people of the United States are armed and prepared to stand up to the government and if someone isn't armed, then we have guns to share.
If you think it can't happen here, then you suffer from normalcy bias. Its hapened in many progressive nations (both in republics and in democracies) through out history. Often the most powerful nations in the world.

What is the difference between someone who collects guns and someone who collects Magic the Gathering cards, or automobiles?

"We?" Which "we" are you talking about? Yes, it's ridiculous, and also very sad.

Disgusting. This should be illegal, plain and simple. Like in any sane country, which we clearly are not.
